Agora Royal Residence

This hotel is such clean and hygiene hotel one of the best jn city very cheap compare to other hotels in city .. wonderful staff and professional management...

Location is great if you’re moving between Bahchashehir, Esenyurt & Beylikduzu. Decent room size.Staff are friendly.A/C is working perfectly.Huge area for car parking.

No telephone in the room to call the receptionist.Only on elevator Available. No sound proof room.Very noisy at night/midnight due to some rude tenants. Matrix not comfortable.Room Service need more work-on as they don’t clean properly sometimes. Some of towels smelled like smoke/cigarettes.

good size rooms, safe feeling around the hotel in such a busy area

we stayed from Friday to Monday, no towel change or extra toilet rolls left. housekeeping is poor

No breakfast in hotel

All rooms and corridor with smoking. Can't breath well because of the smoke

Room sizeStaff can speak EnglishPayment by credit card

Very noisy rooms No breakfast Cleanliness quite poor Sun shades do not fully close

Very thing was great it was a wonderful experience, the hotel is location is a area where all the services are covered. Plenty of parking spaces and the staff spoke Arabic. Enjoyed all in all and i will visit again

The reception specks English and Arabic It is the cleanest and most comfortable in the area. You have 3 mini markets next to it, Western Union, restaurants and plenty of parking spaces. This is the best option in the area don't try any other hotel.

New building, nice staff but at night you find young men at the reception doing the work and they are not professional .They have free wifi, and that was not in the booking description. They gave me one key only and they refuse to give another key for my wife which was strange. The worst thing was the lift, it is only one and 99% it was occupied buy the cleaners staff.

One lift, staff at night are not professional, refuse to give second key.

-Awesome staff-Electric kettle-Fridge

-Far from metro bus)

The decor and the location

Absence of family room.size of the room

Very poor

we booked 2 seperate rooms, but when we arrived, they told us, that they are all booked and have problems with booking.com

very clean, affordable and close to good spots. one of the receptionist, I think shakil was his name was very helpful to us in solving our booking issues and we are super grateful for that.

nothing. I loved our stay there

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel, it is an hour and a half away from everything

Everything the whole room stank of cigarettes and it was dusty, they didn’t even have toiletries, or a phone you have to go downstairs to get help. 1st morning there they had no water to even shower or flush the toilet till midday and when we complained the manager raised his hand at us, and threatened us.

sound isolation was almost zero.

The staff were very friendly and supportive

Friendly staff

Poor

the bad upon our arrival was a carpet of fur

Was near to nlogo building

Staff attitude

Almost everything. Good place for chill out.

Elevator ?, takes ages to reach your call.
