The room was spacious and airy. The hotel itself is very cute. The pool area prices a very relaxing space, and the breakfast provided had a lot of options, all of which was delicious!

Overall, the price–value ratio isn’t justified. It’s a simple hotel with everything you need, but for this price, I’d expect more. The soundproofing is very poor, you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway. The rooms are functional but lack any sense of coziness, and the shower didn’t drain properly. The mattress of the bed was not comfortable but that’s personal taste of course. Breakfast was good, but if you arrived later in the morning, not all options were still available.

The staff were kind and very helpful with getting our belongings to our room. The family suite we stayed in looked brand new and was super clean! There was a large assortment for breakfast, which included local Sicilian delicacies. The location was fantastic! Only an 8 minute walk to the beach. Plus, having the option for valet was a blessing! A wonderful stay, and I hope to stay again soon!

The property was in the heart of San Vito Lo Capo! The showers and soaps smelled wonderful! The place felt like a little oasis. The breakfasts were excellent! The staff was very kind

They charged per day for pool and beach towels I thought that was a bit excessive. It’s a little far from the beach

The hotel was outstanding. Everything about our stay has been exceptional from start to finish. The staff have been incredibly helpful and charming. The rooms were spotless and housekeeping was impeccable. The breakfast was amazing in both quality and range of choice with pizza, sandwiches and pasties freshly made every morning. Parking was €10 per day in a secure lot less than a 5min walk from the hotel which was a huge bonus. The beach was well located and a short walk from the hotel. We were so happy with our choice and would absolutely visit again. 10/10

Everything is clean, breakfast was good. Also, Giovanni and blond-haired woman at the reception were friendly and nice. Giovanni tried to fix all problems, thanks to him for that.

I don’t really know who built this hotel, but it was done pretty awful. It has been working for 5 months (since May 2024), but many things have been already broken. We were very loyal, kind and positive in the first day, perceive all situations with humor, but our experience here was not good.We were greet by the broken handle of the entrance door to our room. Okay, it was funny and we didn’t pay attention, because we just wanted to relax on the beach. According to the staff, this happens regularly. After hour of waiting, the owner of this hotel arrived and fixed it. Anyway, a few hours later, after taking a shower, we found ourselves in little Venice: the water drained really poorly, and construction of the shower cabin didn’t keep water in. Unpleasant, but ok. A few moments later ventilation grille close to bed fell almost on my husband’s head (photo 2). I can understand everything, but it was too much. We booked a room in the hotel (not the cheapest one), not a survival quest.Then our room was changed to suite (photo 1), staff gave us a free mini bar, thanks for that. In the new room everything was ok, nothing tried to kill us. Minor disadvantages like particularly damaged water proofing or unscrewed handles on the cabin aren’t so critical.Next surprise was waiting us on the process of check out: beach towels weren’t free (nobody told about that, and beach towels didn’t have “additional charge” mark on Booking) and we needed to pay for mini bar (we had another agreement after situation with ventilation). We asked owner’s contact to solve this problem and decided to stay on the beach until evening. Staff told us that they have a special bathroom for guests, but only before 2 pm. They can’t explain why we can’t use it later (or we didn’t understand how is it connected with system of the pool).

The property is very clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of local pastries and savory items. We didn’t get to take advantage of the pool area but it looked inviting. Parking was easy-they came and got our car right in front of the property and delivered it back when we were ready to leave. The location is great-walking distance to everything.

Nothing really but it would be great to have some hooks in the shower or a way to dry wet bathing suits.

Friendly and accommodating staff, clean and well-lit rooms and common areas. Breakfast was also the best we had on the trip!

We had a room on the ground floor facing the elevators and breakfast area so it was a bit noisy at times.

Great location, walking distance from the beach but not in the busy part of the village, staff very helpful and went beyond to help us. Breakfast was also great, comfortable beds, great shower and facilities.

Maybe would've been great to have a dedicate parking, as you have to give your car keys to a staff for them to park in a different location, but not a really big problem.

The lack of soft surfaces makes voices echo and shutting doors sounds like they’re being slammed.

The hotel was brand new, very clean. Lovely breakfast area and small pool to relax by. We love the way the rooms were designed, open air atrium to walk up to the rooms on the 1st floor. The rooms were all separate enough to feel very private with a lovely outside space.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach, yet pleasantly quiet. The room was spacious, and the swimming pool was a great bonus. Breakfast offered a generous selection, though it leaned heavily towards cakes. If you're vegetarian or health-conscious, the options might feel limited.

The strong scent in the bedroom, likely from cleaning products or laundry detergent, was overwhelming and made the space quite unpleasant—it felt like breathing in chemicals. We opened the windows to create a draft to try and get rid of it but the pungent odour persisted. A big shame as this didn't make us want to be in the room at all. There was no parking on site and whilst they do offer 'valet parking', it's tricky if you need to access your car late/at night.

Great homemade breakfast. Excellent service and prefect location.
