- Bed pillows are half empty sacks filled with lumps of filling. Not comfortable or supporting at all.- It's very warm in the building with no option to cool or turn down the heat. Had to open the windows all day to make it comfortable (beginning of the month March)- There is no cleaning or fresh towels within one week of stay.- The busy road next to the hotel is hearable, but not so loud.- There are no other facilities in the room at all. No coffee, water boiler, bathroom items, breakfast. Only a moldy soap bottle against the shower wall.

We got a spacious appartment fully equipped, quiet location despite near to thr highway

TV not usable for streaming, pipe in kitchen clogged, but the worst was the unfriendly receptionist. She blamed us right away that we tried to cheat on the fee for the dogs and the parking. This was really weird. We also think the dog fee was not fix or clear

Made reservations for 4 guests. The receptionist was very rude. They refused minor requests. 2 guests left without staying at the residence for even one night because of the bad attitude and more service.

Poor reception attitude Room was not cleaned for the entire stay of my guests. Room was very small.Receptionist refused to provide basic requests They drove away the guests by their bad attitude.Will not recommend this hotel. They didn't refund the room that was not used. Cost was about 400€ euros.

Clean and modern.

Had to switch rooms after 1 night as they were fully booked. Lack of air conditioning in each room meant it got warm very quickly.Mini fridge in room didn't work, but wasn't such a big deal. The cleaner opened the door to the apartment half hour early to tell me to check out, a knock would have been nicer.Good location if driving, if coming by train, be prepared for a walk. Very few taxis or ubers

Facilities were good. In Switzerland it was worth the price. I liked bed and pillow. You make check in yourself at machine infront of the entrance to the hotel.

We were not aware of breakfast. The size and niceness of the room was great for the price we paid.

The hotel staff were very dismissive, but the cleaning people were great and very nice. When they tried to answer our questions, the other staff called them off. No reception, and closest train and bus station is a 30 minute walk through the woods.

Felt completely unsafe myself and my family of 4 specially the kids were scared of the type of people walking into the building and they were not able to help when asked couple of people for assistance, called several times the customer service number provided and went straight to voicemail had to spent the night in the airport and not able to sleep for having to take care of the kids while they slept

The bed. The quick action when I booked the place and after half an hour I was to check in.

The communication. The lady I think the manager or the owner don't speak english and it's treat the guests as they are stay free there. She wake me up at 9 am and came to l my place to tell me personally I have to leave the place at 11. Its madly bad.

It was next to my relative's apartment, easy to access. The location is cheaper than others.

Despite the stay being cheap, the parking-fee is too high. Is it really that cheap in the end?

Staff was not corporation, when I ordered one blanket she shouted us (Maria) no room service, no cleaning service during stay, I think smile is not allowed for staff , towel is too old and not clean.

Insect Invasion In Room

I need to receive a reimbursement because I didn' t stay until the morning for a problem of insects inside the room

The deluxe rooms are new and well equipped

The staff is completely rude, no English and poor German. No 24h reception. They didn’t clean the rooms, we tried to contact them but could reach. We called by phone to ask for clean towels and they refused as we could only get them by paying cash in advance but we weren’t in the hotel. Staff incredibly rude, hang up phone twice, no explanation on why couldn’t we pay at check out or by card.No service, ordered a coffee with milk and they didn’t want to warm the milk, had to take it directly cold We travel a lot and have never been treated so rudely or badly

The chef, was really good. he was very polite and very kind. the rooms were big and very clean.

The location is not that good and Mariam was rude when asked for a iron.

It's a very nice and quiet place, surrounded by forests. There are bike and walking paths over forested hills, through which one can get to Effretikon, the nearest town. The staff were very nice, especially Maria, who answered questions right away and solved a few problems for us.

The location. If you don't have your own car, this is somewhat distant from Effretikon, where you can take trains. Although it seems like there should be a bus from the station to the hotel, there isn't. You have to use either taxi or Uber. As of this writing (18 June 2023), it costs about 10 CHF from the station to the hotel, and 33 CHF (by Uber) from the hotel to the station! Also, there is no restaurant, grocery store, or cafe in the area. So, make sure to take food with you.

You should inform your guests in advance that the property is litterally in the middle of nowhere.

Property completely isolated. No possibility to have breakfast/lunch/dinner. You need to discover a taxi company number to call and to pay 18+18 CHF to get to the nearest village to get you some food.The room was not cleaned from one day to the other.The property is un-attended for most of the day.There were no air conditioning working in the room. Forced to stay with windows open at night with noise in the street.

I like the room though It was little warm while at the room.

Didn't like the behavior of the staff at reception.They were rude,not friendly and not helpful enough.

The hotel is far away from the effretikon train station and their is proper road for guest to walk to hotel. The muddy track is very difficult to walk specially holding luggage. Furthermore, when you reach hotel you don't find even coffee small packet for one or two cup of coffee/tea. Guest are coming for all around the world their should be atleast one receptionist available to help in self check-in particularly during night hours. Their was no cleaning on day to day basis.Moreover no water bottle for drinking of guest was available in room.

the cheapest hotel I have ever seen 1 the stuffs was very none friendly very rude and bad behavior I have all recorded mp3 how she was behaving with costumer 2 I payed for parking 9 days per day 15€ but there was no free parking..3 no room service no one was there to clean the room there is very many reasons I can never believe on booking.com again I just want my money back I have all recorded you want mail me I’ll send it [email protected]
