Great hotel, very big, modern and clean room, very well equipped with 2 TVs, 2 Toilettes, coffee machine, kettle,.... amazing breakfast, comfy beds, lots of space and storage space in the room, great restaurant for dinner. We were very positively surprised and had a great stay.

less than ideal parking situation; parking in front of entrance is illegal due to it being at a corner and having several traffic lanes.

The family room we booked was huge and very well equipped. The rooms were very comfortable and had coffee and tea making facilities. The breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast choice was excellent

Nothing - a perfect one night stay

The rooms were large, modern and super clean. The breakfast was extraordinary for such a small hotel. There was a buffet with huge variety and even eggs cooked to order. It is not far from the motorway and there is plenty of free parking on site. The old town, with lots of restaurants etc. is only a couple of minutes walk.

The hotel is on the main road through Bitburg, which was not immediately obvious from the pictures. It was quite loud, particularly if you want to have the window open in the summer. We were a little surprised that reception is not manned on a Sunday at all and that all keycards for check ins that day are simply left in a keysafe accessible with a pin, which was sent to us. As far as I can make out there was no staff on site at all on the Sunday. It felt a bit weird. I expect better from a four star hotel.

About this property we visited Bitburg to show my son’s girls where he was bornMy son pass away in January of 2021 and we are raising his 3 girls and we use to live in Bitburg back in 1979 because my husband was in the US army and assigned to work at the Air Force baseWe had fond memories living in Bitburg and so that is why we promise our son that we will take them back unfortunately he pass before we are able to

The staff was great, it was easy to find and in a great location.

There is no space to park my car.My wife was not able to clear her makeup because they didn’t have makeup clearance items, also they didn’t have conditioner for her hair and not a good shampoo.At night there was a lot of sound from the party next to the hotel which didn’t allow us to sleep well.Regards,Evan Joseph

We loved the family atmosphere. We felt as if we were part of the family. We had a wonderful stay and will recommend it to any of our friends who will be traveling in that area. The breakfast was one of the best we had while traveling in Europe!

We had an issue checking in. Booking.com was supposed to send us the information as to how we check-in after hours, but they never did so. There was no one at the desk or the office to assist us. Thankfully, one of the guests of the hotel could read the German (our primary language is English) in which the directions were written that were posted on the door, and we were finally able to get into our room. I do not fault the hotel for this; I fault Booking.com for not contacting us with the information. We did not enjoy the view from our room - it was the back of the wrought iron stairwell.

Clean, tidy accommodation with friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast.
