Bellevue Belsana

Location is fantastic as it is 5min walking distance to the Port, Cala Marcal and many restaurants. The view from our room was nothing less than amazing. Lighthouse on the rock and sunrise every morning. Wow! Staff at counter were so kind. At first glance the room was smaller than expected and appeared plain but it was clean, bed was comfortable, balcony to eat outside, unbeatable views and the shower was great! We didn't get to use the pool but it looked well maintained.

Could share beach or pool towels. Advertises on Booking.com as on-site parking but there is no parking at the hotel. You park for free on the streets in the surrounding neighborhood. We did not have a problem parking.

Reception staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.My room was large and clean, and the balcony overlooked both the bay and the sea.Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods and was plentiful.

I would have liked a mini fridge in the room. There was a safe but an additional charge to use it

Food could be better

Wonderful view from the terasse. Super good food for a 3 stars hotel. Very friendly and helpful reception (special thanks to Iman who gave useful excursion advise and was very helpful at all time).The airco in the room was working very well. Good location. Enough free parking around for the car. Rich early breakfast.

No fridge in the rooms, we missed it a lot. Not enough staff in the bar area during evening time but it was ok.

Breakfast was tasty with many options and variety of food and drinks. Location is great if you rented a car, it gets between 15-35 from the main calas such as Cala D'or and many other stunning beaches and great cuisine restaurants. Also, there is a bar in the pool area with such great view from the sea, snacks, beers, cocktails and nice and comfy sunbath chairs. In case you have kids or is not a professional swimmer, no worries as the pool counts with a life guard watching the area.

The ONLY think that I can possible think that was not great in my staying was that the air-conditioning system is set to maximum/coldest in 22C, what is kinda fine if your bed is near from where the air comes from, but no matter what you try, this is the coldest you will get.

From the warm welcome to the find farewell such a lovely stay, don’t let the reviews out you off this hotel is really coming up in the ranks - could not do enough for us, yes it’s a 3 star and evidently it is slowly being modernised - a little gem

Nothing, appreciate it is being slowly made more upmarket and it takes time to build UK clinetell but it is well deserved

The location is stunning, great view over the sea and lagoon from the 6th floor. Buffet breakfast is very correct, good choices to start the day. The staff was great especially Antonela from reception, very professional and kind!

The lack of facilities in the room such as a mini fridge or kettle machine with tea and coffee. The installations are old and noisy on the 6th floor.

Paid wifi 5 euros per day seems like a scam, I suggest just buying a local sim card and using mobile internet insteadThe food looked good but was tasteless The pool only open until 18:00old AC makes so much noise that you can't really use it during the night

Continental breakfast but poor quality on the products.

AC ( air conditioning) was broken for all the stay. 6 nights in August and no AC in the room just make it impossible to sleep so make sure if you book with them that AC is working. Reception was telling us every day that the AC was being fixed but nothing happened. No compensation was given.

The hotel and its stuffs look quite old. Beds are not comfortable, there is no sound isolation in rooms. You have to pay extra for WiFi access and television which are not fair in 2022. Breakfast and dinner quality is very low. I don't recommend this hotel.

The location was great (it is like 10-15 minutes away from the beach, and 5-7 minutes aways from SPAR and other "shops" where you can buy so many things (sunscreen, clothes, gifts, etc). It is also close to the bus stop (we saw many buses, for example to Porto Cristo). Breakfast and dinner were very tasty, there were plenty of options one can choose from. (Maybe information for future guests, during your pre-paid dinner you have to pay for drinks (even for water). I would highly recommend to book your stay with breakfast/dinner. Swimming pool was good (it also has a part for small kids (water is like 50cm deep), for adults, the water is 210cm). There is enough sunbeds, so you do not have to worry about not having one and there is no need to "reserve" them in the morning. The staff was amazing, nice and friendly, however, English level was in many cases poor. But again, they were all really great. Rooms have a great view (if you facing towards the sea or port).

You have to pay for the Internet, safe, kettle, TV remote (maybe even more). During our stay, the elevator was not working properly (some days, it was not working at all). Rooms were smelly (we did not find the source of the smell even though we tried to look for it almost everyday). There is no aircodition (or maybe there is, but was not working). The bar which is supposed to be open from 6pm to the midnight is not really opened at 6pm. We have been there every evening, waiting for staff to open the bar, usually, they open it at 10pm and then close it around 11pm. Near the bar, you have the possibility to go out and sit in front of the hotel, with the stunning view - lighthouse. However, there are limited seats (there are only 3 tables, so be quick, if you do not want to sit on rocks). You can park you car in front of the hotel, however, DO NOT PARK your car at yellow line (you will get a fine - if you get a fine, you can pay it at the bank). Also, parking near hotel in the evening is hardcore, because the parking is on the street and there are so many people trying to park. What I would recommend is to try park you car around 4-5pm.

the rooms are old, not worth 3 stars. when we were over, there were builders outside making awful noise so I asked the receptionist if she could change our room, she told me she couldn't and told me they're going to finish in two hours, they did but only for that day. also I tried to contact the hotel thru the booking about week before we arrived and no answer.
