Really well maintained and great location

Too thin walls, you will hear your neighbours whisper

Was a perfect location with a quick walk out the back through the pool and right down to the beach!! Shops were right across the street and if you walk a bit further, you are right in downtown and leads right to the marina. This place was beautiful and would love to go back

Everything was spotless — the room, the bathroom, and the common areas were always very clean and tidy. It really met the standards expected from a well-kept three-star hotel.

Nothing at all. The cleanliness was perfect throughout my stay.

The staff was great!

Hotel is outdated and worn. Definitely in need of upgrades and new carpets, fixtures, etc. parking is a nightmare. It advertises as having parking, but they only have less than 20 dedicated spots for a hotel that accommodates way more guests than that.

It was right near the beach, the breakfast was delicious and various. The hotel has private parking if you find a place. The lady on the reception was really nice and helpful.

The bed had a hole in it. They took a 10 Eur deposit for the beach towel.

Proximity to beach and restaurants. Good pool. Easy to get a lounger at pool. Staff pleasant and helpful , worked hard and long hours.

Beds were not great ( no extra pillows) décor needed upgrading, extra chair in bedroom would have been nice rather than just one, not enough hangers in closet, no fridge, had to pay extra for safe and beach towels, pool could have been cleaned of sand and dirt.

The location. Cala Ferrera and the platja is the best in Mallorca.

Dirty. Carpet is 70+ years old and smells. Bad odors abound. Not nearly worth the rate. Unfriendly staff. Full of Germans and Brits. No Spanish people to be found. Sad.

Dirty, dingy. Photos do NOT represent the actual state of the hotel and rooms. Food was gross, not at all as described in the hotel website. I would prefer to pay more for a better hotel with decent food. We did not end up eating ANY of the food but opted to eat out instead

The location can't be beat, overlooking the best(imo) cala in the Cala D'or area. The front office staff,especially Roman ,were consistently cheerful,professional and helpful during my 5-day stay. The hotel's price is a real bargain. The buffet meals (3 times a day) were very basic,but perfectly adequate,especially given the reasonable price.No-it isn't luxury by any means, and,no it wasn't "fine dining"; and I wouldn't stay here on my honeymoon-but the hotel,with the right attitude ,is excellent value.I really enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again.Taxis are usually a big problem in Mallorca during the summer,yet there is a taxi stand 30 seconds from the hotel-and it seemed there were always a few taxis there.

For this level of hotel(3 stars) it offers excellent value. Yes,there are some dings in the baseboards,and the place needs refreshment-but the rooms are clean, with comfortable beds,modern bath fixtures,good air con.Everything works.It is NOT downtrodden ,just very basic.Wifi in my room was poor so I had to go to the lobby,where it was excellent.

There are no words to describe how beautifull is the view from the terrace, Cala Ferrera is perfect and its 2min away or you can just jump in the water and swim to Cala Ferrera or Cala Serena which is smaller but maybe even better. Location of the hotel is its best feature, its walking distance to the center and there are a lot of restoraunts nearby, we were able to find parking on hotel parking lot but in high season might be tricky.Staff were really good to us, welcoming, nice and helped us with couple of things that we asked for.

Everything apart from location anf staff was not to Mallorca standards, hotel is old and in desperate need of renovation, hallway carpets smell so bad its not even funny it was disguisting. Breakfast is ok if you have no other options.

First and overall, the Staff was more than friendly and helpful. The Location is stunning, it is 1min from the Beach Cala Ferrera. A lot of restaurants are close to the Hotel as well as the Supermarket. You need about 15min by feet to “Downtown” Cala d’Or.

A step by step renovation of the rooms would be nice. They are not bad or uncomfortable, they are simple a bit to old.

The only small thing was there wasn’t much entertainment in the evening but there again it was out of season and very easy to walk to other hotels and bars

Wonderful location. The bedroom view was breath taking, they could advertise this more for their benefit. Nice to support local business instead big hotel chains. Staff was very caring. Many entertainment initiatives for adults and children in the hotel.

The breakfast had many warm food options but not much fruits. The room deserves a rebuilding, but was fair enough.

The location, cleanliness of the room and the staff are all excellent.

The bed is really bad, considering the good structure of the hotel they should have a better bed.

The room was not very clean. There was hair in the bathroom and in the room.

Location overlooks the beach and cove. The bus stop is 5 minute walk away. The staff are very friendly and professional and they will try to accommodate requests, availability permitting. I return every year , which says a lot. The hotel is undergoing stages of refurbishment and each year it looks a bit newer and a bit more sparklier.

Maybe a little bit more options at the breakfast for those who have coeliac disease and cannot have gluten.

Staff are very friendly and helpful that's the biggest credit to the hotel. Beautiful location and parking space are very convenient too.

Decor of the rooms could be more contemporary. Not much variety of the food offered although everything was fresh and tasty.

Location and view are amazing and the staff are great, so friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was also brilliant.

Some people suggested in previous reviews that the hotel was tired but it is obvious they are in the process of making improvements and for the price we paid the whole holiday was a bargain!

Location is good

The rooms are not sound proof, there is a lot of noise in the night. It is very difficult to sleep
