Loved the decor and the view from the hotel was stunning

My room smelled awful. It smelled like sewage and cigarettes constantly. One day we had no running water in the morning

We absolutely loved our stay! The delicious food, the view, the amenities, the hard working staff, the restaurant options, the decor, the cleanliness and how baby friendly it is. This is a rare find and 10 nights weren’t enough.

Nothing at all!

The location is simply amazing, with the pool and the stunning view over the Cala. There are plenty of lounge chairs available to enjoy the day, and the atmosphere is very family-friendly. The food is excellent and easy to order directly from the staff. The accommodations are beautiful and very clean — it’s essentially an all-inclusive setup,

In my opinion, the only downside of the property was the comfort in our room — we had to ask for a fan because the air conditioning wasn’t sufficient.

Great pool! Lovely staff. Good food at pool bar restaurant! Easy to get to. Right in town w stores and food nearby! Incredible views from the pool terrace. Not too crowded.

This property attracts young families with babies and very small toddlers. A lot of crying babies.

Do convenient with the children. Towel service at the pool, daily cleaning, staff was amazing and helpful, apartment was stylish and comfortable. Really good value for the money.

This town didn’t have much charm like other nearby towns like Santanyi for example, but the apartment value made up for it in my opinion!

I was disappointed with the staff support during my stay. Upon check-in, our room had a strong sewage smell, which the reception said was “normal” for Mallorca. Our friends’ room had no such odor. Hence, I asked the only person from reception who was trying to help (Mohamed) to visit my room and he confirmed the smell was stronger than the norm. We were promised a call from management and a room change the next day due to full occupancy, but neither happened.The in-room phone did not work either, forcing me to visit reception in person for every issue. On the second day, the hot water supply was insufficient, and despite a technician’s visit and technician confirming we need a room change (for the second day / time - for different reasons) a promise to change our room, no action was taken. No supervisors contacted us for updates, leaving us to manage all problems ourselves.What began as an exciting vacation turned stressful and disappointing, especially given the cost. While the hotel offers lovely views and amenities, the lack of responsiveness from management overshadowed the experience. The reception’s gesture of offering us 4 drinks on our last night (we were two couples) was appreciated but didn’t compensate for the unresolved issues and poor communication.

The staff are super friendly. The view is amazing. Our neighbor was a bit noisy because obviously he enjoyed his vacation a lot, and of course, drank a lot too. A good property to stay with families!!! Love it❤️

Decor was lovely, nice location, stunning views.

The restaurant was quite slow service, breakfast was not enough hot food options and our apartment bathrooms had an unpleasant drain smell some of the time.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!! The views are amazing!!! The Spa is SUCH a bonus! The massages were the best I've ever had too! The hotel has literally everything you need. You don't even have to go anywhere!!

The only downside was the noise of the elevator right next to the bedroom. This was a bit disturbing at night time, but the rest TOTALLY made up for it!!!

Excellent hotel in a charming little town. The rooms are very well equipped, staff is friendly and helpful. We took breakfast, and were also very happy it. Sun-beds with the view at the bay, very calm and peaceful place. In close proximity to nice restaurants and other amenities. Definitely would go back.

The location and staff is superb

We had some technical issues with the electricity but they were fast solved. Other than that all positive.

Great views of cliffs . Infrared sauna is great.

Half the size or 1/3 of the size the photos portray. Apartments are very basic. Equipment is not nice. Tiny. Beds uncomfortable. No furnishings.

Great overall feel, design and facilities. The private coastline, breakfast and spa were excellent. Location was good too, and reception staff were efficient.

The pool was shut because they stopped paying the lifeguard a week before closing the hotel for winter. We weren’t informed prior to booking. There was a notice in reception when we checked in. Guests were informed that complain forms were available. No discount was offered, our room was full price. The evening meals were a mixed bag. Not very impressed with the dishes overall, but the staff and setting were good. The rooms were generally good, clean, and comfortable, except the beds were metal-framed IKEA-style twins, which were not comfortable and frequently made very loud metallic creaks - below standard for a quality hotel like Portamar. We didn’t sleep well, which did take away from the overall experience.

We loved our stay with our 1year old daughter. Friendly staff, great breakfast and restaurant by the pool, and very clean facilities. We also loved the unlimited access to wellness area downstairs which allowed a much needed timeout for us travelling parents.

The property is really beautiful, the spa is great to relax and the fact that you can chill next to the sea is amazing! The staff were really nice and in general the apartments are beautiful, cozy and a perfect size! I would comment any time again!

It may seem like the balcony view is good, HOWEVER, this is only 20% of the view, the other 80% is building blocks and streets and cars, very messy and noisy. The hotel picture is misleading, DO NOT pay extras for the [partial seaview room], its a totally waste of money.-Lack of parking lot-No quilt cover, you only got a plain cloth to separate the blanket and yourself, so weird-Window lock was broken, unable to secure the room

Quiet and calm location. Restaurant downstairs was amazing- yummy tapas, live music, and great service. Nice view from the room. Staff were lovely.

Slightly uncomfortable pillows. Lack of nearby parking.
