For the price I paid, this hotel was awful. The staff was not helpful, the room was a handicap room and the shower flooded the whole bathroom. Awful experience.

The room was decent

Staff were so rude and unhelpful. We asked at the front desk for extra blankets and they kept questioning how many people were in our room. It was only 2. The front desk person said “why do you need extra blankets, the room is set up for 2”. Why does that matter? We also asked for extra toilet paper and they did not bring it to the room. We had to call again. The staff was giving us such a hard time and made the stay unenjoyable.

The restaurant has improved since we last stayed there 2 years ago, though we still wish they'd invest in a better coffee machine and serve FRESH juices (not from a machine)!

There was a bit of rain which promptly caused the pool restaurant to close early that day meaning no food was available until dinner in the restaurant!

The hotel was very good, with a beautiful gym and swimming pool. Noel the barkeeper is the best. He’s always happy and smiling. Thank you for the good service!

The Staff and management was absolutely nr 1 From Reception and restaurant was the best service you can get, The prices was over the value. The rooms are very small, impossible to walk there is no space. The location central but the beach is pretty foraway. Thanks the management we could change our room and get better accommodation. The mt of the rooms are not realistic, we reserved a room that suppose to be 30 mt but it wasn't the reality and true.

The size room. The location is to foraway from the beach. There is not a proparly entrainment. The Spa water of swimming pool was dirty and should hava be replaced, i could see something yeallow in the water and for that reason we stopped to rake a spa in the next days cause no one take care of it or change the water. The breakfast was ok but the omelette staff was very unpleasant. I believe he could be more kind and smile ? you are working in hotel where usally guests arrive for have a holiday and enjoy the time. It's not nice to see a worker that is doing his job and giving the message that he doesn't like what he do.

Lots of kids so great for families not so much for couples anting a relaxing vacation, at times Infelt like I was in a daycare. The front desk staff was fine, but there was one older German woman who was rude. There was also a bug in our room, the room had a musty smell and the sheets were not properly fitted. The staff elevators were slow and small. I liked the pool and the spa pool but the main pool was filled with boisterous children. The food was ok. All in all this felt more like 3 star than a 4 star hotel. We won’t be staying here again.

The room was nice, with a big bed and a separated area for the sofa and tv. Also, a balcony with table and chairs and the room was ready with a crib for our daughter.The pool area was amazing, so worth it if you travel with kids.

In my opinion, the restaurant closes too early considering that most people staying there on holiday.

The accommodation was really nice! The view from our room was just amazing. Everything was clean and cozy. We really appreciated especially the breakfast. Thank you for having us.

We got a family suite so have a lot of space for just two of us. The room had all you need.

The aircon had a bit of smell sometimes, not strong; the quality of the breakfast is bad.

The staff is really friendly, hotel is clean, nice and good for children. The playground and pools are amazing.

The toilet is quite small, that's not a problem at all, but right next to the toilet, in the height you're supposed to sit, there is toilet paper holder which makes it very uncomfortable. Bigger people will have to sit rotated.

To be fair a kind cleaning lady went to the trouble of digging up a better one from somewhere after complaining repeatedly.Lack of English speaking staff. Approximately half of the service staff we came across didn’t understand basic English.

The view if you pay for the sea view room...

My original room was on the first floor which means at the ground level and facing to the street!You have there absolutely no privacy and they should not offer any of this kinda room!I had to pay an extra fee to change the room with a sea view.The hotel is located in front of a bunch of bars - super noisy the whole day!Food quality was not high as I expected from the 4star hotel.,, Definitely better to have dinner in the restaurant, would be cheaper and nicer!I asked the staff 3 times to turn on the air conditioner in the gym, but it never happened...

Hotel was excellent but the hot food was very poor most tasted good but was cold every day and they had very strange combinations of foods especially at breakfast .

Beautiful hotel, nice cosy clean room, tasty food with the beautiful dinning area, and nice pool area with the kids facilities. .Beautiful beach 7 min walk from the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay in this place.

The only minus what we found is the poor WIFI connection.

Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and cozy. Pool area was not overcrowded so we always had sunbeds available. There is also a nice play area for the kids. Dinner options were also changing each day and food quality was quite good. Gluten free options were available for breakfast upon request. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Only hotel that we have been in where half board stay did not include complementary table water for dinner, you had to pay for bottled water each time. Also size of the rooms for family/junior suites is quite small, we barely had walking space if all beds for kids are pulled out. And the breakfast was the same everyday with very limited options.

Loved everything about hotel the room was very good had everything you needed all the staff were very nice friendly and helpful and everywhere was very clean there was work going on in the hotel but it did not impact on our stay at all.

The cold food was lovely but the hot food was either cold or just warm and it was a shame because some of it had a lovely flavour but also there was some very strange combinations of food for breakfast for example corn on the cob, onion rings we were told it was what was left over from dinner the night before and I’m sorry but you expect better for breakfast in a four star hotel

Being so central to the harbour and the beach was really great. The pool area is fantastic and having a play area was great for our little boy who loved it.

We were half board and didn’t feel the food was great for us personally and struggled for breakfast with our little boy other than toast and pancakes.
