Breakfast was swell.Overall tidiness and polite members if staff.

Sewer smell.We were accomodated in t-houses.Ants were spoted inside the house,especially in the bathroom.A bit too far from the beach.

Hands down the best value for money hotel I've been to. The staff, the cleanliness, premium drinks, good quality food were all above my expectations. I'm not one to write reviews but these guys deserve it.

Only point is some of the meat in the buffet wasn't thoroughly cooked through but that got rectified straight away and took the whole lot back to check. As I said, really quality procedures.

I loved the structure, the apartament, location is perfection, staff was lovely and helpful, great variety of food and drinks.

I think only the kids pool should have a heating on during some part of the year because the water was freezing in April and my daughter did not enjoy at all the pools. Of course the world does not spin around me and my family, but it would be a nice add! Also Lunch time could start at 12!

Staff were brilliant, especially George and Alina at the reception.We had a slight issue with a leak in bathroom, but it was dealt with very quickly.

Everything. The food is delicious, the staff is amazing, very supportive, the pools, all the premises are clean and safe. Plenty of activities for kids and adults, well done Senses Team!!My kids say it was the best snd want to return! Excellent experience!

Commun area lack cosiness, missing a heated pool, buffet restaurant should drop non Spanish food as it's not up to standards while Spanish food they serve is great.

The food, the room did not feel clean, the reception staff charged us twice for our stay, the room was next to the stage (no one told us this at check in, considering we were travelling with a 7 month old baby this should have been mentioned), no help with suitcases,

The hotel is in an excellent location being close to beach and town. The food is very good and the staff friendly.

Hotel is amazing the wonderful entertainment team made the holiday so special for the kids. Rooms clean and modern. Hotel facilities spotless.The entertainment everyday keeps the adults and kids going.

Sometimes most of the food was fish and I would of liked more selection on some nights. Food lovely over all though

The pools were amazing, our 3 year old loved the kids pool. The food and drinks offer was great and timings were really accessible. The entertainment team were fantastic!

We accidentally made a booking for the wrong hotel - the Family rather than the Adults-only hotel. The hotel is fine for young families but it is not the 4 star hotel that its Adult-only siblings clearly are. The staff were great as we come to expect from a chain like Marsenses.

The facilities are a little tired and so is the design of apartments. For example, bathrooms need updating and a few simple maintenance issues sorted. The lighting within the apartment was not great (e.g. light in the varanda cannot be switched on). The TV asks you to connect to a QR code that doesn't work in what seems to be a legacy issue from a previous system. The rooms were serviced every two days but cups and glasses were not washed or replaced as in other Marsenses hotels.

I’ve been to this hotel three times previously but not since 2010. It has been refurbished and the location is great - close to the beautiful cove with a lovely beach, yet within a 15 minute walk into the centre of Cala D’Or. The staff are fantastic, very helpful reception, great bar staff and efficient staff in the restaurant. One of the pools has been made an adults only area, so if you want that make sure you book the right package. Hotel is spotless and cleaning staff work hard to keep it that way. We booked a suite and enjoyed the extra space that gave us - a lounge area with a sofa, coffee table, tv and fridge. We were situated at the front of the hotel, which was quiet but could just about see the sea from our balcony. Great stay - wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Can’t think of much at all! We did use the air conditioning and did wonder how effective it would be in high summer. It was a vent system in our room, but maybe you would need air conditioning units to really combat the heat in July and August.

Lovely pools. Lovely food. Catered quite well for coeliac. Staff very responsive to any issues and concerns.

Beds a bit creaky however mattress were quite comfortable.
