The genius loci and location.

Even though a fan is provided in the room, it may get hot since there is no AC.

Fabulous location and a special place to stay in!! Staff is kind and the place is very clean and charming because it preserves a unique atmosphere of monastic living.

The fan in the room was quite noisy ? and since that was the only source of cooling, it was a bit hard to relax when it was on ... I missed some protection from mosquitos in the room but not everyone has a problem with that ... The cafeteria has only limited options (for obvious reasons) so one needs to plan for other food arrangements (down the mountain). There is no possibility to keep things cool in the room.

Absolutely amazing view!!!We often woke up in the Clouds ?Lovely staff and the food at the restaurant was tasty!Gluten Free options available, which we were very impressed with!The waitress even made me a Custom Cheesecake without biscuit.

Finding a taxi was tricky, as we didn't speak the language, but eventually found someone who called a taxi then we kept her number.A little isolated in the Castle, but it was really nice to have peace and quiet.

The view is spectacular

Great views (providing there is no cloud…the property is located so high on a hilltop it will actually be IN the cloud). The room was very basic (exactly as listed) but clean, comfortable and with a good shower. Dinner and breakfast in the on-site restaurant were pretty decent.

Just a minor point, but there was no hand soap in the bathroom, which was annoying.

Breathtaking views, amazing location, it’s a piece of real mallorquin history.

At night it can be a little creepy here in the floors

Quiet environment, good scenery.

It is only suitable for cyclists or hiking, bicycle lovers, very far from the center of the town. There are no lights on the road from the bottom of the mountain to the top of the mountain, so it is more terrifying to walk at night.

Check in was a little long due to having to complete upon arrival yourself and had a queue starting to form!

Not the nicest smell from the restaurant on the whole floor (deep fry oil). I missed a water cooker in the room.

Amazing location, super clean rooms and heating in room is very convenient in winter. Location is awesome. Enjoyable drive to top of hill.

In restaurant had just dessert and beer, but it smelled after fried oil.

Peaceful and comfortable- friendly staff, spacious apartment and great shower! Comfortable beds too.

Bed a bit hard

Amazing place, a bit more difficult to reach (serpentines), but with a beautiful view of the wheels. We woke up in the morning and enjoyed a romantic sunrise and breakfest (our own) on sunny terrace.

I can't think of anything.

The location is perfect. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Room is tidy and not too small. Shower is nice and warm. Beds are good, but too short for tall people. Bring your own shampoo. The bar upstairs is open till 23.00, you can order a late night snack.

Unlike what is written in the information section, not every room has airconditioning. I always specifically only book rooms with airconditioning. The facility has to change this on their page. The first night was horrible, we didn't sleep because of the heat. Outside was a balcony with clouds of mosquitos, so we couldn't open the window. The next day we bought bugspray and slept with the window open. Then it becomes cool and nice.

Great place to see the sunset, moonrise and sunrise!

As a half board guest I couldn’t understand why we had a set menu for dinner while walk in guests had a choice of three. Wouldn’t it make sense for all to have the same menu?

Had a comfortable stay for one night. The historical location offers stunning views, options for hiking in the surrounding area, kind and friendly staff.The room was simple and clean. It had the basics you’d expect (soap/body wash, fresh towels, hair dryer), comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the coast from the window.

The location was convenient

The room had no air conditioning and was only equipped with a noisy fan. There was no hand wash provided, and the room lacked basic amenities like a fridge or coffee machine.

The view from the hotel is breathtaking, the breakfast was nice.

The value for money is not adequate in my opinion. There is no arconditioning and can get quite warm in the room on hot days. Also there was quite some noise during the nights, people talking outside right under the window.
