INSIDE Nordhorn by Hackmann

The head receptionist was excellent at her job, helping if there were any issues. Very friendly and putting the customer first.

The heating could not be turned off, or set lower than 18c

Affordable prices and convenient transportation.

Parking fees apply for vehicles within the hotel premises.

I liked the hotel overall and its location, a 5-10 minute walk from the center. The hotel's common areas are beautiful and comfortable, and they offer drinks such as coffee and water. The breakfast is varied and there are options for all tastes. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom, and the bed is large and comfortable. The efficiency of the hotel staff and their kindness and friendliness, especially that of Mrs. Carla Gomes Duque, made me always feel welcome and supported in whatever I needed.

Comfortable room with great shower. Secure parking and great breakfast. We wanted to be somewhere within striking distance of Ijmuiden to catch the ferry the next day and this did the job nicely

Felt it was a little expensive

Location ok, breakfast very good.

rooms and beds quite small

Automatic check in and out available. Good room. Excellent breakfast.

No microwave in breakfast salon.

Great Breakfast, good location and outstanding staff!

First floor room location was just ok, recommend higher floor level.

The Manager is very helpful. They are ready to help with any kind requests . Cosy room. Location is good. Everything is clean. The breakfast is various.

The second time we stayed here on a motorcycle trip, secure parking and a comfortable hotel

Some noisy guest

Everything. They gave me a new room when there was no internet in my room.

The wifi didn't work in my room.

Great breakfast, location

Noisy facilities: heating and toilet producing noise during the night

It's located in the down town and therefore near restaurants and water and churches and....enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent and much diverse and offered more variations. I loved being there.

I sometimes could hear people in the corridor while sleeping.

Excellent breakfast with a good selection. Location just a few minutes' walk from the railway station; and ten minutes' walk into the town centre for shops and restaurants.

Excellent breakfast, very comfortable pillow. Location near to city center. Breakfast on the terrace.

Carpet a bit smelling in the hallway of upper floor.

Good location, kind staff, descent breakfast.

This was a very brief overnight stop off so we didn't get to know the hotel well. But the check-in was swift and easy, the lady at breakfast was really helpful as we 'grabbed and went', and the hotel is nicely laid out and clean. Clearly used a lot by tradesmen on overnight journeys. and I'd say it was ideal for them

Nothing much to say except that parking spaces were limited, but we managed on the street. It's a few minutes someway off the main motorway, but that gives a nice break from ploughing through the kilometres

The Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Also the Breakfast as usual was excellent.
