Very friendly staff, and location and restaurant.

Make sure that rooms will be checked if all teh lights are working and when you provide coffee and tea service in the room make sure you have a powerpoint nearby for the kettle or laptop because its on the desk . Now use or in the bathroom or on the bedtable the powerpoint.

We stayed on night at the Hotel together with our dog and really like it. Very helpful and friendly staff, nice location and easy parking around the hotel. The breakfast was amazing, large selction of food and great coffee.

We had our dog Hope with us and the addtional charge of Euro 15.00 cleaning fees was find for us. Unfortunately the room we had a couple of stains on the carpet. Which can happen when you travel with your dog. This would be an easy fix with a carpet cleaner and by charging a cleaning fee, I would expect this to be done.

Location. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly.If you like traditional German food and design, then this is a good place to stay.

The room was very warm, even with the airco, which didn’t help much. It felt rather cramped and old- fashioned.We were given a change of room, as the first was right above the ventilation system.

Bathroom needs redecorating, parking was less than ideal and they didn't tell us we could store bicylcles (and charge them) in the garage - we found out ourselves towards the end of the stay.

Breakfast was genuinely good, with a wide selection and the option to make your own omelette.•The sauna area, including a steam bath, looked cosy and well maintained (though we didn’t use it).•The hotel provides bathrobes and slippers, and the cleaning staff were friendly and responsive – they even brought my daughter some sweets.•There’s a lovely park nearby, perfect for a morning walk.

We had booked a room with an inner courtyard view, but were instead given a roadside room – noisy, with traffic passing all night. We couldn’t leave the window open because of it. The room smelled musty when we arrived, like no one had used it in ages. We had to keep the windows open for hours just to air it out.The room was small and awkwardly laid out – my husband kept banging his leg on the corner of the bed trying to move around. I paid an extra €22.50 for a small bed for my daughter, but I ended up sleeping in it myself on the second night because the main bed was so uncomfortable. The mattress felt like it was decades old. The pillows were lumpy and oversized, and only one was provided.When I asked reception for a different pillow, the first response was “we don’t have any.” Then a colleague stepped in and suggested maybe they had smaller ones – it was all very defensive and unhelpful. When I asked about switching rooms, I was told they do have newer rooms – but I had booked an “old” one, so I had to stay in it. Not exactly customer-friendly.The air conditioning didn’t work, nor could we adjust the temperature. Even with the radiator off, the room was too hot. The fridge was broken, and depending on who you asked, either there was an “electrical issue” being fixed, or “none of the fridges work” at all. No consistency. No apology.The bathroom was tiny – barely space to move – and although the shower pressure was strong, the shower head didn’t match it, making it a bit frustrating. The only decent design feature was that both sides of the bed were accessible.When checking out, I raised the issues with the receptionist, hoping for a small gesture of compensation. Instead, she just said she had told the manager and he’d email me. I explained we were leaving and that this was too little, too late – but she wouldn’t budge, blaming Booking.com for being unable to offer anything.

City hotel. Busy road but soundproofing was ok. Lift to floors. Sauna and spa we didn’t try. Good food and generous portions. Good spread at breakfast. Secure bike storage.

Great location, comfy and modern room, nice wellbeing area and amazing breakfast!

The breakfast was first class. A wide selection of hot and cold foods meant that we were fully fuelled for the day after we had eaten. The freshness and quality of the food was excellent. A modern dispensing machine for hot drinks included my hot chocolate favourite.

Rich and great breakfast. Room was very decent size.

Room was clean overall, but not so much in the details (mattress comforter, some bathroom corners).
