Hair dryer machine doesn't work and it was not clean

The whole areas in the hotel were dusty even inside the room.Coffee cubs and machine were so dirty.Big number of garbage bags and boxes were placed Infront of my room and blooming parts of the door.Cleaning material, trolley, vacuum cleaner, ...etc were placed in the same location.The staff was not cooperative claiming that there is only one person at the reception so she couldn't came to evaluate the mess.I have a video for all these comments and willing to share.

After traveling by motorcycle for 11 straight days across Europe and staying in hotels and B&B's this hotel offered the best breakfast. The restaurant was also open for dinner which was another great convenience. The wifi was very good as was the staff. I needed a few documents printed and the staff was very willing to provide that service. The hotel is about an 8 minute walk to the metro station which made it very easy to get to the Amsterdam airport. The room was very clean and smoke free.

To be honest, I cannot think of anything.

When we arrived there was broken glass on the floor in the hotelroom. And there was a BIG RAT!!! In the lobby. Many black hairs in our bathroom and on the bed. Our experience was very bad!! Check the cameras on the 6th of july time between 01:10 and 01:13 am for the rat

Free parking, close to the train station, big and clean room, friendly staff etc.

The staff at the reception was very helpful and the facilities were clean and ok

There was some construction going on in the property so accessibility was a bit affected. The location of the entrance was also abit difficult to locate on the first day

It’s a nice place to stay ,friendly staff and and the rooms are always clean and very comfortable .

The WiFi on the tv doesn’t always work

Location close to our family. Entrance to hotel difficult, especially with building works all around it. Stayed twice total 5 nights. Sat nav does not find entrance.

There is big parking in front of hotel, , beds are comfortable.

On higher floors, water pressure in a shower is bad.

Convenient location, friendly staff, food was good, affordable price

The pillows on the beds were poor quality and offered no support

Good breakfast. Super friendly staff. Once construction finished the position is brilliant

Room was great. Aircon worked, even in winter. bathroom, big and luxurious.

Parking was cramped and not enough spaces. although to be fair, this problem was mostly solved.7th February am - the woman who claimed to be Manager and 'in charge' was utterly incompetent and when taking over 1 hour to check people out, did not apologize, was rude, and pissed off about 12-15 customers.If this women had been working in another country, she would have been fired immediately.It must be said that the other staff, catering and others were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel has got a bar/restaurant on-site. Close to a Metro station. All basic facilities included for a reasonable price.

Hotel is new and civil and gardening works were still ongoing. Water was off one afternoon (related to the above)

Big room and comfy bed.

Location its not good for the people without car.
