Very clean, business style apartments.Polite staff.Amazing healthy breakfast.We loved it.

Everything....Breakfast & Dinner buffet style were excellent & plentiful. All staff friendly & helpful.Both outdoor & heated indoor pool & jacuzzi were great. 50 meters across road to beach. Rooms with sea view & balcony worth the extra €€

Quiet area, but knew that before booking.

Such a spacious and comfortable room! We were quite surprised by how big the room was complete with a lounging area and a balcony. The pool was great as well. Breakfast was so generous - so much food. And the beach was just across the street.

Nothing! Great resort spot!

Our room was beautiful!! Nice view of the beach which was just a short walk away. Breakfast was a big hot and cold buffet that had many great choices. Staff all very friendly!!

The indoor pool was tiny and needs updating.

Breakfast was good but staff cleared plates I was still using when I went for a coffee

Went to the bar and waited but no one came despite it being open.Walked past reception to get there and again when I left the bar but no staff bothers to ask if there was a problem.

As hotels go it is the most reliable and professionally run in Motril.

2 annoyances every time we stay: I always forget there is an extra charge for parking. And at breakfast, which is a decent spread, there isn’t much effort to top up what is gone. Bread for tostadas was running out each morning.

Superb food, spacious room, easy parking.

Rooms were big in the Sea Suite, good breakfast

No WiFi connectivity in the Sea Suite; both keys didn’t work, had to get them replaced; paid extra for parking; no lock or ventilation in the bathroom; kitchen made mistakes in room service order

Nice big comfortable bed and a nice terrace.

I searched for hotels in the area with parking, and this seemed like the best option. However, I was not made aware of the fact they the hotel will charge you €7 per night to use the parking. It’s just a bit cheeky.

Very comfortable hotel with a great choice of breakfast. Younger staff (Paula in particular) were very friendly and helpful. Beds really comfortable and bedrooms were tidied and beds made every day which was a bonus when many hotels don't seem to bother these days. Bar was reasonably priced and the lounge area was very comfortable.A few decent restaurants around and more will open when the tourist season begins.

Some of the older staff were a bit abrupt and seemed to make the Spanish guests more welcome than us Brits and Germans - but possibly a language thing. Not much to do in Motril and the beach looked more like a building site. Admittedly some improvements being made but this will never be a beach of golden sand.

Wifi was not iPhone compatibel. So no way to connect on websites or read mails without internet connection. Airco was not working, we had to open the window! The room was on the roadside, so a lot of noise coming from there. No real place for business meetings, being a business hotel...

Everything was good. Close to the beach. Quite place.

No kettle in standard room .

Clean room very nice personel , breakfast up to 10:30

That outside swimming pool was closed, and there was no information about it. In the room, there was no kettle, so there was no possibility to make tea or coffee through the day.

Reception tried to overcharge. They claimed that I had to pay for parking per night when there was no mention of any charges for parking. Very dishonest.

The TV volume was not working either, and you could not hear anything All together, it is not a good experience.

Room a d view was good

Unfriendly receptionist. She came into the sauna and demanded we leave as she said it needed to be pre booked and we hadn’t paid. She charged €7 extra for using the hotel parking. No towels in the pool / sauna area - and not pre-warned. Basically lack if communication re facilities.
