    Pros +

    • The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool area was great — large enough for everyone and we never had trouble finding sunbeds. Most of the staff were very friendly, and while the food quality varied, on some days it was really good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
    • As a place to stay it’s a really nice location with everything you need for a getaway rooms are nice and the facilities were good
    • I hardly give 10, but this place is exceptional, front line tor he beach, big complex, nice specious rooms

    Cons -

    • One day we missed lunch because our baby was sick, and when we went to the snack bar around 16:15, the warm snacks were already gone, even though the snack bar is supposed to be open until 17:30. When I asked customer relations about this, the lady responded very rudely, saying the schedule was changed to off-season, even though the app showed otherwise, and she didn’t apologise or come up with a solution to offer some snack. Additionally, only two small water bottles were provided in the room and we were expected to refill them, which was inconvenient in the summer heat. They added more bottles after we complained, but this should have been standard.
    • The buffet in the evening wasn’t very good the food was mediocre and quite often lukewarm, the breakfast buffet was good with loads of options but again let down by being cold
    • First line to the sea great views

This is a very well maintained resort with a private beach access. There are large swimming pools and a lot of activities to indulge in. The staff also keeps organizing games through the day to engage the guests. The rooms are spacious and have access to the garden. It's a wonderful place for small kids, teens, young adults and even senior citizens. The resort is very tidy and clean in spite of it's massive size. The rooms are comfortable and has all the basic amenities.

The restaurant only has buffet options. There is no a-la-carte. Parking in the resort is expensive but there is plenty of free parking on the street. There is limited access to the public transport.

Pools were nice but only open 10-6. Beach was nice but you had to rent towels.

Property was undergoing renovations, we had booked a sea room and they “upgraded” us to an old room for handicap person. Room was approx 600 meters from the front desk - pulling your bag on the cobblestone all the way to your room. Diff buildings could use more signage to make easier to find. No phones in the room to call front desk, no coffee machines in the room. First available coffee was 10am. No ice machines for the rooms. Not really set up like a hotel/resort.

We were impressed with the hotel as soon as we arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the reception area was lovely.Having seen the reception, we wondered what our basic room would be like but it had all you would need. The shower was hot, the breakfast was lovely with a wide variety to choose from. For the price we paid, it was an absolutely great deal.

The location by the golf course and beach was very good. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious plus a good sized balcony.

The quality of the food was poor, mostly because it was cooked in bulk and lingered on the hot plates for ages so became hard. The golf hotel did not offer a discount for the golf course and would not allow buggies in the car park for collecting clubs. The large bar was like a warehouse and not conducive to having a drink in comfort.

    4VillePosted on: 3-28-2025

The SPA, which is run by a third party and costs extra, allowed kids.

Food, rooms, beds, bathrooms are minimum viable, technically everything's there but the quality is poor. Long distance to carry all the luggage. The view was to a brick wall and a manhole cover. The beach not the most beautiful. The restaurant is a noisy hall, more like a canteen.

So much to like about the Impressive Playa Granada. Extremely spacious premises with large well appointed bedrooms , great pools, super convenient access to the beach , the golf course . Fabulous restaurant serving a mind bending range of foods . Great bar with friendly staff .

    Nothing at all !

It was fantastic. from the welcome by the fantastic friendly staff, to the beautiful facilities

nothing - if I had to be slightly picky the bed was to hard for me as I have hip and spine problems

    7MartinPosted on: 11-2-2024

The location is nice and facilities fairly good. Room is comfortable

€15 per day parking is ridiculous not impressive. I ended up getting a €105 parking ticket outside. Not all staff are overly friendly. Food in buffet is cheap but not that good quality

    9RichardPosted on: 10-23-2024

I love the approach, foyer, the rooms, the grounds, the food.

If you want to be able to explore nearby areas, you will need to go by car or public transport. but that is not why we go. We have been 3 times and have just booked another 2 nights. We go for rest and relaxation. The night time/entertainment is very hit and miss. I have been 3 times. A total of 7 days, and in that time I have had a mediocre singer, football, and a karaoke night. The other nights there were nothing for us.

The location was great. The room was huge and fantastic. Beds were lovely and very comfortable

Unfortunately, I suffer with osteoarthritis in both of my knees, and do find it difficult to go up and down stairs. I am not disabled, but do prefer to take a lift. Unfortunately, due the lay out of the hotel. we were located on the first floor of one of the low outlying buildings, with no lift! This meant I had to encountered stairs to/from the room. We didn't request a move, as we were tired after a long day travelling and sight seeing, and it was for only one night! Also, the parking fee of 15 E per night, was a little expensive

    10ColeyPosted on: 10-8-2024

    Everything

No air conditioning in the dining room, and should have had a better layout in the food area people fighting for the use of one coffee machine

    7LeslyPosted on: 10-2-2024

Lovely location, attractive buildings, extensive gardens, and good sized swimming pools.

Constant loud music around swimming pool which we could hear in our room. also noise in the restaurant

    9LarsPosted on: 9-29-2024

Luxury and calm resort with loads of space! Really good food and a lot of choice in drinks (all-inclusive). The swimming pools are nice and clean. The animation for adults is really fun with loads of games (table tennis, shooting, archery, darts, etc.) and in the evening nice shows!

There is not that much to do in the region, besides Nerja, Granada and Malaga on some distance.

    8NigelPosted on: 9-26-2024

    Nice room with good facilities

Pillows were not good, mosquitoes in room

    9SaraPosted on: 9-20-2024

Staff was really kind and helpful, pool had the best temperature and was pleasant, location was amazing, availability there was so many free spots, tennis courts sea front too, hotel landscape, a lot of activities to do here. it was like a little paradise, all the beautiful gardens too. Pizza was really good. Beautiful flowers everywhere.

food was disappointing, there was a lot of instant food options on the desserts (jellos, instant mousses etc) and bakery. The food preparation was good but the recipes and options werent the best overall. The music was annoying inside the restaurant. The snack bar schedule didnt make much sense, since it was almost at the same time as the restaurant schedule, so we couldnt really go after for an extra bite.
