Absolutely amazing for the price. Location perfect, good choice of food which is bland but what you expect for the price. Overall can't fault it would go back the staff were friendly the amenities were decent and the food was edible. Paid twice as much for worse places elsewhere

The hotel was well positioned, we had a nice, clean room with a lovely sea view, some bars open nearby and a few shops (even though it was November). Lots of off street parking, although I would imagine it would be at a premium at busier times of year.There was an unstocked minibar, which was great for keeping water and milk cold. I took my own kettle knowing there wasn't one in the room. Free use of a room safe was appreciated too. Nice toiletries from dispensers in the bathroom. Small balcony with rather flimsy table & two chairs, but it was more than adequate. The dinner buffet was not amazing but good value for money but breakfast buffet was very good.All in all, very good value for money.

The staff was very professional & friendly. The cleaning service people were very helpful & great st their role. Our room was exceptional with the sea view. The food was good, could have a little bit more choice/ variates weekly.At restaurant you are made to feel a little uneasy for not buying drink including water( you would have to ask for tap water) I also understand they need to sale their drinks for people like us on half board :) The staff at the resturent including the chefs & servers were excellent. Apart from that we very much enjoyed our stay & have booked for next year for 3 weeks & very much looking forward to it.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and have generally been happy with the stay.

The SUPERIOR room was disappointing. It was on the ground floor with little view. It was very noisy and did not give value for money.The shower was over the bath making it difficult / dangerous for people of a certain age. I am astonished that a supposed quality hotel still has not installed walk-in showers.

Perfect location on the beachfront. Food was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful, from the check in people to the cleaner. Totally faultless.

Nothing to not like

Front line on the beach, very cheap stay for two nights. We took halfboard option - food was fresh and tasty with enough choices. Rooms have enough space. It has two outer pools (one for adults on for children). Hotel was also very beautiful decorated for Halloween event

Think the price of spa should be included in price

Pools were great. Halloween set up was fantastic and the terror rooms were incredible. Great location . Staff were all great and they should all be praised. Great drink selection.

As the season was coming to an end, noticed pool areas were not cleaned. The food range was limited no show like big roasts seafood displays. All was ok, though.

Fast check-in, easy to access parking with ample sized spaces. The breakfast/tea was good quality and great selection.The room key being on a wrist band was genius, never need to worry about losing your key, where do you put it at the pool etc.Right on the beach, plenty of beds at the pool (In October, not sure about summer).Some good places to eat and drink nearby.TV was good in the room, allowed me to connect my laptop for easy netflix.All the rooms and areas were very clean.Put some decent halloween decorations up.

The rooms were a bit small for two people spending a week there, constantly in each others way when walking about, also needs some drawers adding to the wardrobe to organise better.The bar staff would try and alternate between soft drinks from the bottle and the tap, ruining the drink you were having as the tap ones weren't cold.The bar has two tv's, but the same game on both? One night there were 3 tables, about 12 people watching F1 on their phones because they wouldn't change the channel.

Ok variety and restaurant very clean. I do think breakfast should be open earlier then 8 am and finished at 10.30 not 10 am.

Felt a bit hemmed in around the pool.Sunbeds packed tightly in. Reception took some convincing to allow us a late checkout even though my granddaughter was being sick. Eventually allowed but felt it was all too much effort.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. I booked and paid for a sea front room which there were pictures of the room on booking.com, and i booked based on that, but was first given a ground floor room that didn’t match the photos and was dirty. After asking, I was moved — only to face even bigger issues.The room I was finally placed in constantly smelled of cigarette and weed smoke coming from the next room, through the AC and balcony. I reported this multiple times. One receptionist moved me when i went in the reception at midnight, because it was unbearable, and he said it was permanent, so I packed everything — only to be rudely told the next day to return to the smoky room immediately, while i was on the sunbed, from another receptionist which was a really rude brunette (the same receptionist that firstly checked me in for the ground floor room).I spoke with several different receptionists, including Sophia and José Maria, but the issue was never resolved. I had to spend the first four days of my holiday unable to use the balcony or AC due to the unbearable smell. No one followed up or offered a solution. The guests next door finally checked out, but by then, most of my stay was already ruined.Not the relaxing experience I paid for — very disappointing service and communication.I asked booking.com for help for a partial refund, but all the hotel offered is €64 when i paid £748 in total, just to actually relax for two days after the guests next door left. I am not the type of person to complain but this was unacceptable.Stayed in better hotels in Spain, where staff were actually helpful and i had zero issues.

Pool is lovely - room is okay and breakfast is like being at Butlins. Parking was great and very secure. Brilliant location.

The breakfast was like Butlins ... dreadful and so so busy. Not recommended for the Brits I am afraid - as most people in the hotel are Spanish so the entertainment for the kids etc is all in Spanish, that is during the Spanish Holidays which is July, August and first two weeks in September - its manic. Couple below us smoking weed .... lovely !

Great hotel and facilities , but we were the only young people in the hotel .. most of the hotel visitors are of the elderly not sure why .. also there is a bingo room
