Playacapricho Hotel

Wonderful location close to restaurants, bars and the beach. Nice hotel, very clean and spacious, with wonderfully comfortable beds. Due to the weather we didn't use the pool or the beach, but had a lovely long walk along the promenade. Very substantial and varied buffet breakfast, although the coffee wasn't great everything else was.

Not much entertainment in evening.

The food good room was clean as it was winter the pool was closed but we did walk around the the pool there where plenty of sun beds stacked up there was a nice children’s pool no entertainment as it was at the beginning of December would not stay there again at that time of year

A couple of nights after we got there was a boys bragaidd arrived & they where very noisy moving furniture about & in general very noisy which made us feel very uncomfortable

I stayed at this hotel for x days. Out of that time, the heater was broken for 3 days so the room was cold at night. The housekeeping also would knock at 9am to clean the room which is too early. The included breakfast included scrambled eggs but they were cold every time I went down for breakfast.

All meals were excellent in choice and quality

a lack of english tv channels and there wasnt a gym or sauna

As we had a five-year-old boy with us, he loved the swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor, and riding up and down in the lift. We found the rooms to be very comfortable and the car park was close by. The staff wear excellent and very friendly.

There are no facilities in the rooms. In this day and age there should be an ability to make tea coffee. There could have been better plugs near the bed for charging and the property is a little bit dated.

The room needs upgrades.The hotel is very noisy, very busy even we went end of October.

To noisy for us , too many people with kids running and doing whatever they want.

Pleasant but dated rooms. Paid extra for upgrade and had a brilliant view on the 7th floor

Room had an adjoining door. It was very loud with some people that stayed. Also the final night we had the joy of a dog barking for hours on end. Not really sure why you would put a dog on the 7th floor.

It was very clean staff friendly food was excellent couldn't fault it at qll

breakfast sausage egg beans mushrooms all tepid. Rooms are good sizes but really need updating Especially bathrooms We hv stayed there quite alot over the last 9 yrs and its still the same. We do self catering now, only did 1 night again as our apartment wasn't free for a day.

Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Friendly service and clean hotel. We had a sea view room, a large room with a huge bed.

The local area was filthy and dated The pool area was crammed with bed chairs no space The restaurant was too busy and a free for all almost a tussle to get food The reception area was baron and doubled up as an arcade for children with a roof that resembled an aqua park Only two lifts for a hotel with I guess 500 rooms The 2 bars were awful

The location of our room and how it affected the whole stay. We were one of the end of the floor rooms right next to the open air stage area where the evening kids club didn’t start till 9pm extremely loud with club staff shouting at the top of their voices on the sound system this was then followed by the evenings entertainment which in most cases was pretty dire up until midnight and people remained after drinking and very loud. Most nights impossible to get to sleep until 1am even though resorted to buying earplugs.
