Very nice staff, good room, great indoor heated pool, outdoor kids pool, all in all we had a wonderful time, can’t complain really.

We have booked the room Junior Suite and it was exceptional, above our expectations. Fantastic view, jacuzzi, and small details that made our stay so nice and comfortable.

It became very busy at the weekend

Loved the location and view from the bedroom and balcony. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room and hotel were spotless. Loved the parrots. Food that we has was very good.. Pools were lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing that we disliked.

Comfortable bed, great view over the beach, lots of room and storage. Nice welcome pack of fruit, cava and water. The hotel is in a great location immediately across from the beach. Generally, staff were welcoming and accommodating.

I would have liked the option of a walk-in shower instead of just a deep bath tub with shower attachment (although there are now a few new rooms and suites which have recently been updated with walk-in showers which I wasn't aware of when I booked). The toilet is in a separate room not next to the bathroom. I would have preferred a proper coffee machine with capsules instead of the kettle and instant coffee in the room. I didn't like that you couldn't refill your water bottle from the machine in the restaurant. There's no on-site parking, but free street parking next to the hotel and small car park - which is great when off-peak, but very busy at peak times and there's a short walk with your luggage into the property.

Nice room but it was October and the hotel was empty . Buffet food was ok but say 5 out of 10. Location great.

I couldn’t get to the hotel for one night out of the three I booked . Reason was a government red weather warning not to travel being issued. I notified the hotel but it still took £160 for the nights stay from my account. I guess they need the money to put towards refurbishment. Found the hotels groups management very very unhelpful and accommodating. Use a lot of hotels and would make sure I never go back to one of this groups. Plenty more to chose from.

The staff was very attentive.

Although it says that it has A/C, they only turn it on during summer months. The room had a horrible moldy smell, only one outlet and the furniture needs to be refreshed.

The room was spacious. It could do with a little more room updating knowing the stay was not cheap. Things were broken and the room was old. VERY old dated.

The food was a NONO. Recommend not eating here poor selection and no taste. Breakfast was ok.

Hot breakfast items were always luke warm.Tired saggy pool sunbeds.Some parts of the hotel old fashioned.

Check-in was efficient from friendly hotel clerk who gave us some history about the hotel. We were told that all the actors, such as Clint Eastwood, Omar Sharif, Lee Van Cleeve, Terrence Hill, Bud Spencer, etc., used to stay at this hotel for their film shoots. The hotel is older, but kept in good shape and it is very clean. The hallway floors were sparkling. The room and bathroom were spacious and also very clean. We had two queen beds that were very comfortable. Our balcony had two chairs and a table. We had a great view of the Mediterranean sea with a beautiful sunrise in the morning. The pool and pool area were also kept immaculate and included water slides for the little ones and also for adults. There was also daily room cleaning, but you could opt out if you didn't want it. The beach and the Malecon is right outside of the hotel with a nice beach. Parking is outside in front of the hotel and it is free. When we checked out we were given a large bottle of water for our trip. A very pleasant stay and experience. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay here again. Great value for the money.

There was an aviary with birds in it. The aviary was spacious, but I don't like to see any animals locked up. If it was up to me I would set them free.

Good location, kind staff and parking.

Hotel is dated and needs very badly to renovate. It's way too expensive for what it is. I was there only for night as a stopover. As a holiday stay, I wouldn't consider it.

The staff were friendly & helpful. Plenty of food choices. Large beds. Western themed hotel, couldn’t fault it.

The views, the room, friendly staff. I highly recommend.

A hotel shuttle would have being a lovely addition. The single rooms could use a refurbishment though. I upgraded my room to get a better experience

Beachfront. Great position. Loads of bars/eateries within easy walking distance. Hotel bar very comfortable and offers good snack menu. Spotlessly clean throughout. Staff all very smart and helpful. Beds & pillows are amazingly comfortable. Free wifi. Free parking.

Nothing! Everything was superb

Good-sized room. Breakfast was good. Free parking and close to the beach.

A little tired. Needs a refurbishment.
