Location next to beach. Big hotel room with comfortable beds.

Coffee was awful. No kettle in room.

Excellent value for money, very satisfied overall.. staff are just so friendly and helpful from reception to the lifeguard.The hotel is spotless clean every part.Right on the beach we had a Seaview room it was fab, sure some parts are dated but the kitchenette is excellent and the sheets and pillow were super clean..Kids club was fantastic and catered to English speakers also.Breakfast was excellent.Indoor pool was super.Drinks very reasonable for someone from Ireland this hotel is so cheap and affordable the drinks were good quality also.

No pool bar, would have been nice to have somewhere to eat during the day as we didn’t want buffet

The food was very good.We liked our apartment room and patio (ground floor).

Our grumbles were that the sunbeds were spaced too close together making them awkward to use. As we were staying on half board it was quite a way to go to get a drink from the main bar when we were at the sunbeds. The jacuzzi was cold water.

We were upgraded to an apartment to be next door to family who were staying earlier. Outstanding service. Thank you Best Hotels.

Very close proximity to the beach, right on the paseo maritime.Very comfortable beds, which were huge with two decent pillows on each.The Hotel gave us some complimentary drinks of water pepsi and fizzy orange which was a very kind gesture.Four glasses, two in the fridge compartment and two in the bathroom.Two big blankets provided in the wardrobe.Big balcony with two chairs and a table.Very ample breakfast with eggs and omelettes cooked to order.Good varied selection of food.Private parking under the Hotel at a very reasonable price

Food excellent and varied.

Swimming pool and spa. And access to the beach and walk way.

The rooms were big enough, clean and the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. There were plenty of sunbeds to relax near the pool.The staff was friendly.The minigolf was fun.The food and drinks were good.The location near the beach and seaview.

There was only 1 bar open in the morning and after 18:00.There were big queues sometimes.The music from the live shows was too loud, making it impossible to chill and have a conversation in the bar, and it was the only bar open in the evening.The activities weren't great and the schedule was not respected so we never knew what were the activities and at what time. Also they were more tailored for kids.The water in the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi was too cold as it was not heated.The bar closed too early and there was nothing else to do at the hotel after.The access to the toilet and the toilet near the pool was always too wet and dirty.

Brilliant location clean and beds comfy

The room was clean & comfortable. It could do with a bit of modernising as it was quite old-fashioned for a 4 star hotel, and a few areas - particularly skirting boards in the bathroom, a bit shabby but it did the job. There were plenty of sun loungers available round the pool. The location of the hotel is excellent. It's an easy walk to all the bars and restaurants in the area and it is right on the beach promenade. We had an issue with noisy guests having a party in the room next to us on night 5 of our stay. The reception staff were brilliant at handling this and upgraded us to a different room the following morning, with a bottle of cava delivered to us later that day. Fantastic customer service.

The bar service in the entertainment area was a nightmare, so much so that we only went once. You have to queue up to pay at one area and then wait in another area for your drinks to be made by a different staff member. This is a very slow way of doing it (it took about 20 minutes from queuing to getting our drinks) and so we only had the one drink there and then went out to local bars instead. The entertainment was average and very much geared up to a Spanish audience (I know the hotel is in Spain and popular with the Spanish but there were also a lot of other nationalities staying there too) so provisions should be made for international entertainment if that is the audience they are selling to. The pool was unheated and very cold. I wondered why there were so many unoccupied sun loungers - this may be the reason,

The location, right on top of the beach which was beautiful and clean. Staff were great and very helpful.

The noisy plumbing every so often, the plumbing made noises that seemed as if they were going to come back out of the drains. Also there were no kettles or cups for hot drinks etc. Although you could borrow kettles for €20 deposit and cups and spoons from the restaurant.
