Location. Lots of activities for families, hence it was quite loud. Reasonably priced.

Check-in parking almost non-existent. Had to drive around for 15 minutes to find a parking space.

nothing,when driving there we noticed miles of tarps. when I look up to see what that was about, turns out it's makeshift green houses. as I read on, turns out they hire undocumented workers. they're forced to live and work in slave like conditions

without sanitation or clean drinking water. less that a 1/4 mile away from the hotel. they're not paid fairly and suffer respiratory illnesses from the herbicides. we cut our stay short and left the next morning. you should know this I should get a refund

Nice big apartment with good facilities. Great pool area, with plenty of sunbeds. Very reasonable pool bar.

Staff at reception very helpful and friendly. Very good value for money.

I didn't like the fact that I had booked and paid for 2 rooms 2 adults in each room with Booking.com .I then received an email from booking.com to book in just two adults.One adult each room.I emailed both the hotel and booking.com to clarify that there would be 4 adults 2 each room before arriving. Neither responded.When we arrived at the hotel we had to pay a further €24 euros.The hotel said that this has happened before with Booking.com.

The pool and gym got closed at 20:00, exact time of our check in. There is no info about working time of these facilities at booking com profile

Wonderful big hotel and swimming pool. Nice staff and breakfast. Very lively.

If someone prefers peace and quiet, this hotel has many families and children. It was very noisy. But overall we loved it.

Room quite spacious, two double beds.

Had to ask for a kettle and toaster with arrived later that day. Needed a blanket but had to ask twice for that to arrive. Broken tile to the right of the shower, quite dangerous as you could easily cut your foot on it.

Our room wasn't cleared on one occasion and half way through our stay a set of sheets was left, we were unsure as to whether we should be changing them ! they stayed in our room never to be used.

Beautiful clean hotel well presented. Staff very accomodating. Breakfast is excellent with unlimited choice

Avoid rooms 1 - 25 if you do not intend to take advantage of entertainment as they are around the pool area where it is held in the evening

The pool was excellent with plenty of sun beds when we were there. Room air con veranda good.

Food was adequate but basic.

Do not even think about that hotel. If you'd like to sleep at night. Or enjoy the evening on balcony. The price seems attractive, but as the result. There are people who you do not expect to be in 4* hotel. Staff do nothing.
