air condition is not working in the sleeping rooms

The pool was beautiful lots of chairs very nice

The service was not great, the restaurant by pool only served certain people and would even ignore you when you went in to order your own drink, I finally left it we went else where Elevators were a long wait due to lots of school children at this time of year p, which I can walk stairs but my husband cannot Not sure if staff were off but for two days in around there was no housekeeping never seen them at all even to ask for towel

Plenty for the children, lively position with arcades and kids facilities. Good breakfast for the money.

Little bit older and dated in comparison to local hotels we also stayed at.

Property run down. Bedding had crusty spots on the blanket. No soap or wash cloth or dry cloth in the kitchen. Disappointed we were not told there was a big conference on the hotel - very noisy and children being noisy on the halls at night.

Room we very large with two bedrooms. We original only booked a one bedroom but needed late check out and the only way to do this was to change to a two roomed apartment. This was expensive for what you got and quite disappointing, although the sea view was amazing.

The hole place needs a revamp. Its not 4* in my personal view. Needs a huge amount of maintenance and is also very noise due to the center of the hotel having entertainment in it - you cannot get away from it.

Room could do with renovating and a oven in the kitchen

Great location, direct access to beach at rear & front faces a Spar supermarket. I like that there are kitchen facilities included in the rooms, apart from there is nothing to wash up with apart from bath gel!. Please be advised sofa bed is a single bed not a double as I thought. Friendly staff. Free street parking.

Great that there is an indoor heated pool, but a little warmer & with towels provided there & a hot shower would be even better! Noisy at night because of the central atrium design but music stopped at 11pm so not too bad.

The location, we had room 715 which was perfect and as requested. Full sea view, friendly staff and great facilities

Great location good facilities

Entertainment was excessively loud and commenced late (2230hrs). We couldn't relax in the room as we couldn't hear the TV, or rest, due to the noise.

Location on the beach and the receptionist upgraded us to a bigger apartment with double sea view .Ample Free parking outside.

The food lacked choice compared to other places I’ve stayed . Food could have been warmer and picked up several dirty plates and cups that hadn’t been washed properly.

Spacious rooms great sea views.

Checkout at 10.00 is a little early.

Our stay was not expensive at all compared to general pricing in the zone. All correct. Food, staff, location all positive.

Facilities are a little dated, check out time at 10.30am in our case was a bit early.

was no double bed available. two single bed put together, wasn't so cocomfortable as was splitting apart ?

Great hotel. Massive rooms. Maid was very good. Great facilities and pool and food. Overall I would give this hotel and holiday a 9 out of 10

The pool water was cold - but it was late September.

The pool was really lovely. The room was good.

Food wasn't great. Although we booked half board, on the second night we went out for dinner.

Central to Roquetas, next to the beach.

The bathroom needed a revamp

It was perfect location. Near to everything.

It was very clean and the staff were really friendly. Couldn’t do enough for you.
