The location close to the beach

I have all included and my waiting time at the bar to get a drink it was 20 minutes. Bad food and the hotel need and updated

The hotel is right on the beach and the room had a nice view of the pool and the ocean. The hotel was in a nice location with access to lots of restaurants and shopping. The onsite parking was great.

We didn't realize it was an all-inclusive hotel so the nightly entertainment was unexpected, and we may have asked for a different room (away from the stage area) as it was quite loud. They had a nice breakfast buffet, but there weren't enough coffee machines for the amount of people in the buffet.

Old room, without major remodeling. Breakfast has a lot of offer, but I didn’t think anything had much quality.

Food was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The female receptionist who dealt with us was delightful. We were on the quiet side of the hotel, which was a bonus. Early check in was available.

The two separate queues for checking in and out should be clearly indicated. We were initially in the wrong queue. Parking was a little tight (for a large hire car). It wasn’t clear to us as non-all inclusive guests how and where to buy drinks. The bar staff at the small bar we initially went to poured away three beers she’d poured as she didn’t have the means to take a payment before directing us elsewhere.

Very friendly staff. Nice and big rooms. We stayed at the top floor on the 7th floor at the end of the hallway which was quiet. Parking around the hotel is possible, there is also a big parking area at the end of the road.. some 700 meter away.

Slightly old style and need some upgrade but I would change the lighting system… with a proper lighting design you can achieve a nice ambient atmosphere

Location of the hotel excellent, great pool area, rooms spacious & staff friendly & helpful.

No tea & coffee making facilities in the rooms :( AC in bedroom was a little old & noisy & didn’t work that well.

Location to beach. Nice bedroom.Good selection for breakfast. Evening entertainment.

Checking in was appalling. Queue an hour as most of the time there was one person on reception and he was not only booking people in but also handing out towels etc.

Pool was lovely ideal for families. The second pool great for adults as quieter. Room was very pleasnt plenty of space. Breakfast was ok.

Excellent position, room spacious, beds very comfortable. Highly recommend value for money. Breakfast was excellent

The length of time it took to check in. 2 staff at reception is nowhere enough.

Room views were fabulous. Very comfortable beds. Next to the beach. Clean hotel and friendly staff. The buffet style breakfast was normal standard.

This wasn´t sold to me as an all inclusive hotel. I had to wait in a queue for 20 minutes to get a drink as the other clients were all inclusive and making the most of the drinks. More bar staff are essential. The drinks when I got them were low quality, as you´d expect on an all inclusive, and expensive for what they were and the amount in the plastic cups. Around the main pool, it was very noisy so we went to the smaller pool. This was nice but 1.80 meters deep. I really wanted a chill couple of days but this wasn´t the place. 20 euros to park the car.

The hotel is situated on beachfront & close to bars, restaurants & shops We stayed on the third floor overlooking to pool & a sea veiw. Unknown to us we had been upgraded to a superior which had a sink, storage cupboards, a standard fridge freezer & a microwave. If we’d have known about this we would have brought food & drinks to have on the balcony instead of eating out. The room was a decent size with the most comfortablist bed we have ever slept in! The bathroom was a bit small but the shower was fabulous! Great balcony with robust chairs & table & fabulous veiw. Hotel areas & bedrooms immaculately clean. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds & an outdoor bar area which we didn’t use but only from a time factor. Good sized dinning room. Breakfast delicious … lots of variety both hot & cold. Fresh fried eggs, omelettes & pancakes made whilst you wait. Staff excellent willing to help.

Car park fees! 30 euros for 24 hours…. This is ridiculous & I would welcome a refund / part refund! Car park was a good size but need someone responsible for directing the cars in & out as it was chaotic when we arrived and not much better when we left as everyone leaving the car park had to beep their horns for the staff at reception who were extremely busy to open the barrier. A better system needs to be in place for customers & staff. Check in was extremely busy as everyone was in one queue with one member of staff dealing with all enquiries , check ins & check outs as well as putting bands on every person to recognise B&B , all inc guests etc issuing key fobs for the car park & “ coins” for the outdoor bar. Again a better system needs to be in place to assist the staff with a speedier check in. Didn’t like the signs above the loungers , found them intimidating although I understand why they have to be put up. Maybe another system could be put in place? None of the above are negatives they are constructive critiques & I hope that the company finds it valuable.

We have stayed here a number of times. Nice hotel with lovely pool overlooking the beach.

Could do with more staff to avoid queues for drinks.

The food was AMAZING, the staff EXCELLENT, the shows every night were AWESOME all of them.

There aren't enough drink dispensers, which leads to long lines. The bar likely needs more staff. Also, the large pool area where the snack bar is located could use an additional bar — this would help reduce pressure on the main bar on the other side.

The breakfast

Charged more than half of the rate for my pet, 65 euros, when I asked for a refund they said it was up to Booking, Booking says it is up to the hotel. Additionally if this is a smoke free hotel, why ask about room preference, and have a balcony full of ashes, which I couldn't allow my dog to go to

The bathroom in our room was very dated. The queue at reception to check in was unacceptably long (40 minutes) and unacceptably hot!A ridiculous deposit fee for the swimming pool towels which reception were then unable to refund because of a card machine error. I tried to call reception for 4 days afterwards and no one answered and then finally someone in the reservations team helped me and I got the deposit back but it was a lot of wasted time on my holiday! I would not return to this hotel.
