Pros +
- Cleaning every day, good breakfast, great location.
- Lovely hotel with buffet style dining. Spacious pool area and numerous pools. Very relaxed and chilled.
- Food/drink, pool area There weren't many restaurants/bars open in the vicinity and because one of our party is in a wheelchair we upgraded to All Inclusive
Cons -
- The rooms are very tired. Almost all bars on the hotel are closed, and the cocktail selection is limited to three options. Breakfast on the weekend was chaos. The restaurant couldn't accommodate so many people.
- Shower head was in a very bad state and cut my hand had to cover it with a plastic Live socket beside the TV with a missing front We booked the stay with full board thinking we would get everything that all inclusive got except drinks but that wasn’t the case you have to pay at the pool bar for your food. We had to wake up at 7:30am to make sure we wouldn’t stay without sun beds even when on your room it states you can not hold sun beds
- Nothing to complain about. We love this place.

We stayed at Mediterraneo Bay for the third time in May -25, and we will be coming back again because we can't get enough of this excellent hotel. The price is very reasonable, especially in spring and fallThe room is spacious and has a nice design. Our kids love the huge pool area, and the meals are delicious and with a huge variety of different dishes to all tastes. What more can one want from a place like this?
Nothing to complain about. We love this place.
Staff courteous and helpful.Room spacious.Facility well located and well designed.
Service slow due to overwhelmed staff.Restaurants not cleaned fast enough.Hotel seems to be operating at above capacity of facilities (backyard, pools, available chairs, restaurants, etc.)
The hotel is a wonderful location the food was great. A lot of options including for children and allergies. I will be coming back
Unfortunately during busy times the public WCs are not cleaned enough, both by the pool and lobby area including disbabled toilet. Not the nicest experience when you bring your child into use the bathroom. I would love to see this improved before my next visit
Clean , lovely location right on the beach .
Lots of children . Extra restaurants not open all week x not much evening entertainment.
We spent a week at the resort as a family with our two young sons (aged 4 and 6) in early April. We opted for bed and breakfast, although most guests seemed to be on all-inclusive plans. The resort appears to have been recently renovated—the pool area, in particular, had brand-new decking and furniture, which gave it a fresh, modern feel. The facilities were excellent, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the resort’s beachfront location was a huge plus (although the beach is more stones than sand). Both the hotel and our room were spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including a made-to-order omelette station, which we really enjoyed. Our kids especially loved the various waters slides and the kids’ club, which kept them entertained for hours. The “baby” pool is just 0.4m deep, making it perfect for toddlers. We didn’t make use of the spa, gym, indoor pool, or the other restaurants, so I can’t comment on those—but judging by the overall quality of the resort, I’d expect them to be just as impressive.

The property was very clean & tidy. The location was good.
Although there is a good selection for breakfast, there are some issues. The coffee from the machine is absolutely awful, with no taste at all.We had to put a double expresso in each mug , then warm the fresh milk in the microwave to get a half decent coffee. The orange from the machine was awful too, the worst orange juice I've ever tasted .The omelette wasn't great as the tomatoes & onions were still uncooked. They could easily cook the ingredients a little on the flat grill before putting them inside the omelette. It's just the way it's prepared, the ingredients good.A few minor improvements could be made here to make the whole experience enjoyable
Lots of comfy seating areas.
We arrived for 2 nights and the Spa was fully booked. They should warn people it needs to be booked in advance. We traveled 2 hours in the car to stay in the hotel for a weekend on the basis our children could go swimming indoors as the weather was bad.
It had plenty to do and was just on the sea front , not far from shops , the pools were gorgeous . And the food in the buffet restaurant was fabulous and very reasonable. The staff were very nice and pleasant.
The property looked jaded and the chairs , cushions and walls needed cleaning. Some of the windows had cracked glass however I know it’s closing end of month so I assume everything will get a good clean.I was very disappointed with the spa area , quite a few things didn’t work and the pool , jacuzzi was not that hot .Also we booked 2 rooms and we were on different floors which I found unusual .

Great for family, different pools for different ages. Parking on the back of hotel on promenade. Good service, great selection for breakfast, dinner. Didn't try lunch. Very enjoyable stay.
Breakfast was excellent didn’t use the pool went to the beach, just wish I’d booked a room on the ground floor where the adult pool was. The receptionist was very helpful lovely hotel when definitely recommend it.
There was nothing to dislike about the hotel, the staff was always friendly and helpful maybe a larger car park would benefit really can’t add anymore.

Great hotel for kids, various pools and beach
A lot of fun for kids. First line so the sea and the beach is 1 min from hotel. Really nice place and my kid was happy!
The rooms could be better for such a price. Mold in the bathroom, room is poorly equipped, no place for drying person things.
