Great location, lovely spacious room, fantastic views and very nice staff. Highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect for our stay. It's an old hotel and I guess maintenance will be ongoing, eg balcony needs painting etc and internal bathroom door but these are very small things compared to the overall enjoyment of the hotel.

Super location, food good, room clean and comfy. Would recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet winter break.

No issues

We were delighted with this hotel. It is huge, right on the seafront. There were plenty of parking spaces along the road. Sea views are wonderful, our room was comfortable with a good bathroom. Reception and cleaning staff were kind snd helpful. We stayed for longer than we'd initially intended. Very reasonable prices for quality accommodation. Enjoyed walks along the prom.

The outdoor areas need some renovation.. Some people might not like having buffet meals. There were a lot of people staying so it was noisy and busy in the restaurant. There are other eating places nearby.

This was the first night of a 3 night motorbike trip and we were very happy with all aspects of the hotel and we didn't expect to get drinks with our half board plan, which was a nice surprise. Our room was a spacious 3 bed room so if your a trio your all set and also had a balcony with furniture. Food is served downstairs in a large dinning room and was buffet style.Location was very good lots of bars, places to eat and walk around, a very lively place.

Great location. It’s seen better days in places but the rooms were nice and clean

Buffet dinner and breakfast were very basic with basically no choice. What there there was is good quality though. We stayed for one night which was great but would struggle for any longer. Location is nice, but nothing to do in walking distance apart from sit on the beach or walk the promenade.

Seemed like a very old hotel, room is outdated and doesnt offer full hotel amenities. Also it could have been cleaner for a 4 star hotel. When we first checked in, they had to give us new keys 3 times until they actually worked. That was not okay to go back and forth for from the 8th floor

Excellent location just across the road from the beach. The hotel was spotlessly clean with well appointed room/bathroom and superb comfortable bed. The restaurant whilst a little noisy was clean and spacious with a fine selection of good quality food. The bars were well stocked and well staffed. The pools and pool areas were clean and had ample room. Lifts were efficient with little or no waiting. The entire hotel was clean and spacious, and a credit to ALL the wonderful staff.

Though a little dated in some aspects, as stated in other reviews. Do not let this put you off - as we were more than pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel, food, facilities and staff, not to mention the excellent value for money.

The location and proximity to the beach was excellent. We were also lucky enough to park right outside the hotel. Good choices for breakfast

The guy washing the pavement left all of the rubbish on the street. The balcony wasn't cleaned .The cooked breakfast could have been hotter.

Nice staff and room with balcony was nice. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast and diner area was unattractive and very alarming noise. We decided not to eat diner there the last 4 days of total 11 day´s stay, even though we had paid for it. No coffee after diner. Every night was some kind of theater performance with very high music which alarmed over the hole lobby area. I´ve never experienced anything like it, like the hotel was a playground for some children show.

Amazing location, clean and great facilities

A little over priced,breakfast had a little overwhelming noisy atmosphere and staff looked a bit overwhelmed at times but were efficient in fairness

All facilities were good and staff very accommodating,outside was superb,plenty of seating and lots of space

The actual hotel building inside and out looked very tired and in need of a facelift,decor very dated,some accesses need repairs,not ideal for those a little unsteady on their feet

The younger male bar staff may have been friendlier but did his job efficiently enough.

Room was a little tired but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was excellent and we were lucky to be upgraded to a sea view. The pools were fantastic, lots of loungers, not all in the shade but very good. The buffet was lovely, quite a range of choice and lots of desserts. The downstairs area was a little run down, and could do with a tidy up but overall great value for money and a perfect spot to relax.

Overall hotel and buffet exceeded out expectations based on the price.

Nothing. Never been a 4 * more like a 2 *

Old, out dated, the food was so bad I wouldn’t give it to the homeless. Holes in the floor. Toilets missing in the public toilets. Toilets had the most rancid smell that my partner was physically sick.
