The location was great Modern design Smelt nice Spa was great

Helpful friendly staff, clean spacious rooms with the view on the sea, nice swimming pool, balcony window noise isolation was surprisingly excellent.

After upgrading to a room at the seaside was everything fone

The room booked via booking was to a road and the mountain and there was also some constant noise in the night.

The room was clean enough, although the bathroom could do with with some work on it. The room walls are paper-thin and we could hear everything happening outside. There were mosquitoes in the room and I got bites.

The hotel and location were beautiful, it was a sham that the pool was closed and we didn’t find out until we were there. The staff were quite short with us at times and weren’t the kindest. The language barrier was probably the cause but it was a shame as it was so beautiful, we just felt a bit unwelcome at times.

Beautiful views from room across the Mediterranean Sea.Room was nice and big with everything you needed.We celebrated our wedding anniversary which the hotel had put some balloons, rose and sweets in room which was a nice touch.

Staff were not pleasant or friendly during checkin and throughout our stay. They never acknowledged us at anytime when passing through reception .No information given at all about hotel facilities or mention that certain areas were not open - swimming pool, gym and outside terrace area on upper floor.Did not mention SPA facilities about what was available.

Staff were fabulous. I prefer a softer mattress, but an amazing experience so we extended our visit by a day.

Reception was very friendly and helpful.The room and views were gorgeous.We loved the SPA.

The evening meal in the restaurant.The waitresses were very helpful and the restaurant itself is fine. However we were really disappointed with the food.I sent my chicken breast back as it wasn't cooked properly.I had the burger which was very mediocre. The meat was gritty.The chips, the hot ones were nice but some were luke warm. This tells me that the food is being reheated.It didn't live up to the rest of the hotel experience.

Nicely appointed large bedroom with a lovely view over the marina. Comfortable bed and couch. Both air conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedroom. Large bathroom with good shower.Excellent food in restaurant - great fish.The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Clean and very well presented. Staff were lovely & offered an up grade prior to arrival for sea view & terrace at a cheaperPrice than when I booked. Restaurant staff & food we’re every good

No milk in room for tea & coffee. Had to ask bar staff who charge for it!

loved the proximity to the marina, the boats, the enclave of little shops, services and restaurants. The food at the onsite restaurant was excellent and the breakfast buffet was perfect. Loved the balcony looking over the marina.

Looked like the hotel just been refurbished, everything seemed new. All very clean.

Bed was a bit lumpy.

Lovely location - I had a balcony overlooking the harbour. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant spa facilities. Breakfast sounded nice but I didn’t actually have it. Nice cold lemon water always available in the foyer!

The quality of the food I had for dinner one night in the restaurant could have been better ( chicken and chips!) I would have loved for the summing pool to be open but it was February so I do understand why it wasn’t!

Location, room, spa.

Sunbed on terrace was dirty and only one sunbed for a double room. Floor to terrace also dirty.

More attention to detail from housekeeping. Although bed looked nice pillows etc had to be removed to sleep. Shower was not so good.

Nearly everything, staff great, great location, really clean rooms, wonderful views

No handrails to get into jacuzzis, they are sunken, so restricting the amount of guests and age group that can use them, this needs to be looked into
