ibis Etampes

Check in process... Breakfast... staff behavior.... all good.

No availability on 03rd & 04th Feb.Rooms were available previously before my travel but option of pay at property was not available. It's really difficult to book with full payment done before travel from India.

The hotel has a good location, there is a free car park outside the hotel. It is quiet and you can order anything to nibble and drinks at the bar. The staff is nice. I like to stay there when we travel to Paris because of the car park. We don't need to stay in Paris as we cycle a lot around Etampes.

Noises coming from other rooms.

Staff was very friendly and professional. great breakfast.

The room was very clean, but a bit outdated, the small bench looked dirty. That influenced negatively the value for money.

Parking a bit convoluted 6eur for a bottle of water - when the reception agent could of offered us free water from a station in the foyer area that was out of view . Room small dark, tiny window, akin to a cell.Long hair in the shower tray … prior to use !

Lovely breakfast and generally clean all over. Polite staff and also the shower was a decent size

Reception staff not nice, rude and abrupt. Poor breakfast, over priced buffet, we looked and decided not to have.

Very helpful staff from the outset, even when I had an issue and had to resort to English! The breakfast was fine and the room was clean, the bed comfortable and towels, toiletries etc. as expected. Altogether, my son and I had a very comfortable stay.

I'd have liked the ability to make coffee in the room.

Central location and easy public parking. Good breakfast.

Small bedroom and a very small cabinlike bathroom. No waterboiler and teamaking facilities. Had to pay six euros for a bottle of water!

Beds were comfortable.

1st room on 3rd floor had window which couldnt be opened - and the noise from the street could still be heard. Power sockets scarce. No internet/wifi connection for 3 days!!! No champagne/cremant in hotel bar - in France!!

Room and hotel were exactly what we expected. Centrally located and access to motorway a few minutes from hotel.

I am an IBIS fan because I enjoy the clean comfortable environment. This one was no different, maintaining the same clean, comfortable, and hospitable environment that I love about this hotel chain! The room was spotless, the bathroom was super clean, and the water pressure was great! A wonderful night’s rest… Thank you!

Because breakfast, or even coffee, is not included, I thought the hundred dollar price tag was a little high

The staff were polite, informative and friendly. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and soundproof.

Very convenient to the train station. Clean, comfortable, attentive staff. The breakfast was excellent. A very cute town for a brief stay.

I would have liked a room with a better view, alas, but I should have asked for one!

I like rooms however basic thing like kittle for hot water and tea for traveller is missing which will be great advantage. Visit Ibis India and you will get these here in all Ibis.

Staff is not good at all in English, when its global hotel chain, staff needs to be welcoming for non French spoken guests.

Everything was very clean,tidy and and the bed was super comfy. We had a good night sleep.

The location. And the fact that you can't go from the subterranean parking straight in the hotel. You need to get out on the street, go around, and then go back to the hotel.

All good. Nice personnel, speaks english. Clean room. Free parking is very close to the hotel.

Simple and efficient I would prefer something more cosy. The staff is very good and friendly charmly welcome.

The plastic bathroom is efficient but feel low cost style.
