Comfort Hotel Etampes

Close proximity to family members.

The hotel and room is in need of a facelift. It is old and dingy.

Tidy and comfortable

Dated , no kettle in room for drink

Very pleasant reception, room was small but comfortable.

Location a bit beyond the center, but walkable.Strange odor in the hallways--may have been a strong cleaning agent.

The Staff was very kind.

The hotel should notify when the restaurant is closed. We were traveling with dogs and NO place in Étampes is dog friendly. I EXTREMELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE TRAVEL WITH DOGS TO GO TO ÉTAMPES!

nice selection of croissants bread and fruit and yogurt

I dont like coffee from a machine!!

Breakfast was good... Dinner was good,,,,, Liked it :)

No elevators :(Carrying heavy bags to 1st floor is tedious job!!!!Would be good if scrambled eggs available in breakfast!!!!

Excellent service from host calling to inform about arrival time. Made sure that we received key locker and other information for our late arrival by even calling again to confirm if we received the messages through booking.Room was good value for money, comfortable beds!!

Lightning control in bathroom was a search, but found out that the mirror had a switch on the side. Would be nice to specify this a bit better.

Clean comfortable convenient staff were helpful.

Nothing to dislike

Restaurants nearby

A bit outdated, rooms noisy needs soundproofing.

The hotel was in a good position near the freeway. Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was quite adequate.

.Very basic hotel. Small room. Probably wouldn't stay there again

Receptionist was super friendly. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean

Too hot. No air conditioning made the night uncomfortable

Location easy

Small rooms Poor ventilation noisy thin walls

Easy to find, clean rooms, parking, allowed dogs. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nothing - suited our purpose.

Nothing stood out compared to the other 12 hotels that we stayed in for our trip.

The room overlooked the motorway and a busy interchange so was noisy most of the night. The room and bathroom were very basic for the price of the room, compared to other hotels in the same price range.

got a room on the groundfloor which was very comfortable with a dog.

People who were also staying were making a lot of noise in the middle of the night. I had to leave very early and luckily my door had a peep so i think they all woke up very early . Ofcourse I slammed the door a little bit extra. :)

the team is very pleasant and gets on well, even with the chef, thank you

the water in the shower is complicated to regulate

Location

Resturant and bar closed noisy room

The room was comfortable and the staff were helpful and cheerful. A good location and no noise from traffic. The meal was simple but good value.

We had an intermittent noise from the heating system which kept us awake. My wife also had a stomach upset with diarrhoea and vomiting, which we think may have been from the meal she ate. This also kept us awake most of the night.

Location

Room dark. Dirty. Hair dryer broken. Cars racing in car park till 2am. Bed poor. Mattress shorter than bed

The breakfast was adequate

Very noisy. Walls must be tin or poor construction as you could hear other guest 2 to 3 rooms away. We even heard the neighbouring rooms mobile vibrate aa an alarm early morning. Toilet seat fell off and evening staff did not fix.
