Every thing was good except for the drinking water, the water smelled unfavorable, overall I recommend itC comfortable, big rooms, enough facilities

We are budget travellers and this was very comfortable 2 star hotel. Great having a little fridge in the kitchenette with a kettle and hotplate. A microwave would be more useful tho!Smart TVExcellent secure parking 5 mins walk to town with lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets

Yes I went to Selcuk,Ephesus, Turkey for a special event on the 12th & 13th October and was met with a warm welcome at hotel Ave Maria. This hotel is well located and very friendly as they helped me out a lot on my trip and is like home from home to me.

Well there are some things you do not have any control over and it did happen while I was in Selcuk for my 2 day trip that the internet wen't completely on my 2nd day so I could not communicate back home in Ireland, but it was back again before I left the following morning..

Nice, clean rooms, great stuff, close to the center, good breakfast. I recommend.

I liked everything about my stay in Ave Maria, a nice warm welcome and a good location, the courtesy was exellent and Jacob and Juliette were always there to give information and help..

While I was staying at Ave Maria I felt I was home from home and Jacob (yacob) did me a few nice favor,'s like giving me a lift to church and making a booking for me. I am very grateful for all the staff's help also ....Liam..Power...Ireland... 3rd--10th Aug..24

When we first came to check-in to the hotel we were greeted by amazing staff. They had a parking spot available for us. They went out of their way to ensure that we are happy with everything and enjoy our stay. We were so impressed and happy how attentive and caring they were. The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, close to everything. I would highly recommend the stay in this hotel to everyone.

Run by a couple Juliet & Jacob. They are very friendly. Located 10 mins walk from the centre.

There is no kettle in room. I didn’t have hot water to shower.

Off street car park, good breakfast spread. Shops,restaurants etc 4 min walk. Basilica /Castle walkable as well. Freindly owner. Rooms ok

Simple yet comfortable and clean room with all the necessary to have a good stay. Breakfast was great and very varied and staff was friendly and warm.

The room was a good size for a single , the lighting and facilities generally good and it had a desk , which I always appreciate.The general decor and furnishings of hotel were good quality and it appeared clean and well cared for.Breakfast was very good .

Oh ,the horrible incessant traffic noise ruined the place .It was right by a dual carriageway through road ,so the noise was loud and constant and it must have affected the air quality. My room ,ok was an economic price but the view was the wall opposite and it got no direct sunlight so cold and dark, and the bathroom was very cramped. The posting showed a roof terrace with table and chairs,this is a misrepresentation ,it was a space clearly not able to be used by guests ,full of washing ,no table n chairs ,and with the traffic noise you would not have wanted to sit there anyway.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good location close to the castle and ruins (5-10 minute walk) and to restaurants and cafes. Parking available on site next to the building.

We could hear people talking in the room above us pretty clearly and they were up late at night. We also could hear people coming into the building late at night due to the hard floors and how sound echoed. Seems it could be quieter. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special.

Wonderful, friendly run business with a decent breakfast. Went out of their way to take care of laundering my clothes.

The barking dogs, crowing roosters and traffic noise. Also not one English television channel. A room at the back would have been preferable. .

Excellant value for money accommodation. Just needed a bed for the night, so was not expecting much. Breakfast was included in the tariff Turkish style, and there was enough to chose from.

Hotel is on the main road so there is some noise from vehicles. However I did not find this a problem going to sleep. Shower is a small space, but good hot water and pressure. It is in line with the tariff.

Breakfast good, management and staff excellent and always ready to please, location very convenient - even taking the group, which arrived quite late, to find a restaurant that was still open at 10pm in their own transport!
