The stuff is very kind. The breakfast is very good. The terrace is amazing, they have amazing views and a nice bar there.

The room is very small for 4 people. They have a dog with the leash in the entrance which is not very nice.

What a beautiful, quaint setting and the perfect location to start our travels near Ephesus in early September. We stayed in the room for 5 people - a bit tight as we expected (money saver), but with enough room for our suitcases and plenty of room in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was one of our favorites - delicious food on the amazing roof-top covered patio. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating - we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Amazing location, stunning property, great room with a massive shower and the breakfast was awesome. Really accommodating and friendly owners and a great music playlist. They also organised a tour of Ephesus for us with a private guide which was excellent.

Shower needs to be fixed. Did not have time to communicate this to the owners, as we stayed just one nights.

The owners were our hosts, and like most turks extremely hospitable. The location is walking distance to just about everything and the rooms were very nice. The view over the countryside while having breakfast is magnificent.

Breakfast was only one hour from 8 to 9

Beautiful little hotel in a quiet street, easily walkable from the station and main attractions. I even walked to Ephesus. Great food in the restaurant too. The owners were delightful and made me feel very welcome and relaxed.

This is the second time I am in this hotel and again I felt not in a hotel, but as a guest of friends! Good location, friendly hosts and the amazing terrace where you can have a drink while enjoying the pleasant breeze. In the evening you can enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by the hostess Diana. Great location, 5-10min walk from the main town. Sites and restaurants in the immediate area. Simple, but clean rooms. AC and hot water worked great. The staff was nice and the breakfasts were great!

Friendly staff, good food, great location

Enjoyed the home cooked dinners we ordered.The terrace has lovely views.Breakfasts were delicious though simple.Grateful we could get breakfast packed for us when we had to leave early to catch a train.The staff looked after us very well.The location is very convenient and we had rooms on the ground floor.Close to the Ephesus museum and a short distance away from Ephesus itself. Also close to the train station.

The rooms are small. With limited windows.One bathroom was also small.

It was in a quiet area near the town centre. A very nice breakfast was served on the upstairs balcony, dinners can also be had there. The bedroom and bathroom were colourful and clean.The owner was pleasantly patient with us! Because there wasn't a fridge in the room they were happy to put some of our stuff in the fridge and freezer.

The room and bathroom were really small even for an overnight stay. Maybe it was the smallest?The wifi wasn't great.

The warmth and helpfulness of Diana and her husband, the wonderful location in a quiet back street yet only a few minutes walk from the centre of town, the really comfortable roof terrace with views to the hills. Having a kettle in the room.

The bedroom was so small that there was hardly room to walk round the end of the bed. The Tulip Room had no view but looked out onto a wall and building materials.

the outside area is cozy and the owners are extremely welcoming

the room we took - smallest room available for 2 persons - is next to the hotel entrance (noisy) and the smallest hotel room I have ever been in, especially for the price.

It is a wonderful hotel. The location was great, as was the staff and breakfast. The decor is super cute and welcoming.

We had some issues figuring out how to lock and unlock our door but otherwise everything was wonderful!

Location, facilities (including free parking in the street nearby) and clean room, view from the terrace, breakfast, quietness and welcome from the host.

I would just mention that the room we were given was a bit small, but nothing major to us.
