The hospitality and convenience of the location. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean. The host was so helpful with all of our needs especially when we had business and printing / scanning needs.

We stayed on a lot of hotels on this trip and this is by far the best we stayed at. What a great surprise and experience once we got there. This place is so cute, well maintained, clean and most importantly so peaceful! We loved it so much that we didn’t want to leave. Staff is also incredibly friendly

What a lovely hotel- a real gem of a find, located on a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood. We were warmly welcomed and even upgraded on arrival. Our rooms were very well appointed down to the smallest detail: high end linens, fluffy pillows, comfy mattress, good lighting lots of outlets. The room was good size with exceptionally tasteful decor. The bathroom was just beautiful with its hand painted sink and tile work. Many think a room is just to sleep in-- I beg to differ. THIS was somewhere you wanted to return to after a long dusty day exploring nearby Ephesus. Breakfast was plentiful with ample choices- and eggs cooked to order. As an added treat guests are provided coffee and cake all day. In a location with may choices, you cannot go wrong in choosing the Akanthus Hotel. Our hosts were wonderful and we felt like family.

What's sad? I wish I had more time here. Time passed too quickly.

Our stay in Akanthus was perfection from start to finish. The hotel was one of the coziest and home-like places we've ever stayed in. Everything is spotlessly clean and designed with a great taste. The bed is very comfortable, and the bedding is crispy and super fresh. A special delight was the aroma of the soap and shower products.The view from our room (number 10) was stunning, and every morning I just couldn't take enough photos of the city bathing in magnificent sunrise.The lounge area is peaceful and welcoming, and the complimentary self-service all-day tea, coffee and cake are a wonderful treat.The breakfast is very generous, with a variative buffet and an egg dishes menu, from which you can choose an option to your taste.Thank you so very much, dear Akanthus team! We'll definitely come back whenever in Selçuk again!

Perfectly appointed boutique hotel. Everything was wonderful, including the decor and peaceful ambiance, inside and out in the welcoming pool/courtyard area.The cleanliness and attention to detail was outstanding.Our room was large and comfortable with a beautiful view.The complimentary breakfast was delicious, staff are attentive and friendly.

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel, where you feel like family, not a traveler. We spent three nights in all. All the staff were friendly and eager to help, as well as kind in all dealings with us. The buildings surround a courtyard with a pool where you can sit and meditate on the lovely hillsides and farms. Laundry service was fairly priced and carefully done. The room was very comfortable with a great bathroom, and a nice view. All furnishings were chosen for their aesthetic beauty as well as functionality. Breakfast offered a wide range of selections, including eggs to order, each nicely prepared. The place was very quiet and a pleasure to come back to after a full day. Plus there is coffee, tea, and cake available throughout the day. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful small hotel! We were thrilled when we stepped inside the gate to the "oasis" that met us- lovely pool, comfy sofas and chairs for a variety of seating outside and in. Our room was huge and very comfortable. We had to request an early breakfast one morning due to a tour we were taking and they accommodated us no problem. Everyone was very friendly and just the vibe in general was warm and cozy - our favorite kind of place!

Private oasis beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The shared space, both indoors and outdoors, is very tasteful and comfortable. The staff are kind and attentive. The location is close to Ephesus sites (within 20 minutes) and there are restaurants and a nice walking path within easy walking distance.

Charming hotel, beautifully decorated in a perfect location, close to the Temple of Artemis and restaurants. Our room was bright and comfortable with great breakfast in a wonderful setting, both indoor and outdoor. The owner and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. After travelling in Türkiye for three weeks, we spent the last two nights in Akanthus and it was our favourite hotel.

The place looks better in person! Location was excellent and we couldn’t be happy about the staff. Everyone was absolutely lovely. It feels very homey.

Beautiful location and room in a very peaceful street. Very confortable beds. Extremely clean. The manager is extremely helpful and friendly. All the other staff are also very helpful and friendly. The room had a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent.
