Aqua Fantasy Aquapark Hotel & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

We had an unforgettable vacation at Aqua Fantasy Hotel & Spa! Everything was perfect — from the friendly staff and tasty food to the fantastic water park and beautiful beach. The resort is clean, lively, and full of positive energy. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Merve, who is truly a golden girl! ? She made our stay even more special by arranging early check-in, late check-out, and even upgraded rooms for us. Merve absolutely deserves to be recognized — her kindness, professionalism, and sincere smile are a treasure for this hotel! At the Seafood à la carte restaurant, Mr. Murat went above and beyond. I was fasting that day, and he prepared everything specially for me — without butter, eggs, or milk products — showing genuine care and attention. We also want to thank Mehmet from the Chinese à la carte restaurant, who was equally wonderful — polite, attentive, and always ready to make guests feel comfortable. We left with beautiful memories and full hearts. Aqua Fantasy Hotel & Spa is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, and we can’t wait to come back again! ??✨

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Kind personal.

The food was good but same every day. No many options to choose.

Service excellent food delicious very good aquapark and swimming pool

Cleaning service every day

Food was exceptional, all the different verities catered for everyone. Fabulous!!.Pool, drinks, beautiful beach what more could one ask for.

One complaint the guy in the bag and shoe shop was not very nice,on my last day I bought a bag, purse, and one pair of shoes, €100 which was complete rubbish and then charged my card €140 which I didn't realise till I reached home, been going to turkey a lot of years and that's the first time anyone has ever did this to me, was so disappointed and saddened after a fabulous week there.

High level of customer service applied, room was big and with very good condition, food was good and staff was very friendly

Nothing , all was good

Pools beach and aquapark activities in the kids club

Dinner and breakfast were good can be improvedLunch varieties were excellent but some kinds always finished early.

Friendly staff, the food was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable.

Aquapark closed, the heated pool was cold for me, sea water was also cold in this period.

Fantastic people, very accommodating when it came to Food allergies. Food was delicious! The rooms were always cleaned. Good facilities and things to do for Family with children. The spa was lovely to use to relax. We went sailing and had a lot of fun. Thoroughly enjoyed my Family and I being there and Highly recommend this Hotel and Resort & Spa. Compared to another Hotel we were at (not so far from this Hotel) Aqua Fantasy Hotel was far the best and glad we decided to stay here!

Nothing that comes to mind, it is Perfect for the Family.

Everything about the hotel was great the staff were very kind and Friendly specially the receptionist, her name was Merve she helped us through all our stay, other barmen and waiters were so great too including Hossein in the bar and Seçim in restaurants, we really enjoyed our stay the only thing we had to do is to enjoy our trip and the staff took care of all other things.Resepsiyon çok efendiler Merve hanım bize çok yerdim etti, hersey çok güzelmiş biz sadece eğlenceye kerar verdik.

Nothing really, everything was exceptionally fine and great.

The water park was very good.

Staff looked uninspired. Not enough facilities and things to do on the hotel site itself.

Pools, sea, food

It takes ages to arrive to sea, long wait for ring, overpriced

The lunch and dinner options were amazing. Free access into the waterpark was brilliant. Layout of the family room was great , staff in the spa amazing Air con in room was great. Adult pool great bonus and the bar staff were friendly and welcoming .

Breakfast a bit repetitive. Housekeeping wasn't great , no bed linen changed during our week stay

Good value for money, amazing aqua park and lot of variety of food. specially want to thank Nur at reception for being very helpful!

staff looked under alot of stress specially ones in main restaurant

super clean and big rooms, modern furniture, beautiful environment, nice beach, big swimming pool, and the big water park (even though we could not use it because it is open only during May-Oct)

food quality and diversity could be much better, compared to other resorts in that area this is the most expensive one (but not necessarily the best one at least from the view point of value for money).

aqua park, beach location, pool landscape.35m2 room for 3 functional, but not enough storage place.food choice good; quality of meat products mid-range;fruit and vegetable/salads offer & quality very good

bathroom (2163) is pretty run down; functional, clean, but not any more state of the art.never seen that unskilled Omelett chiefs before ?.breakfast coffee options poor, juices in existent.

everything was great.staff were friendly.food good.facilities awsome.clean.quiet.awsome.

hotel was wonderful. plenty to do and the staff were amazing. i unfortunately ended up with a room over the 24 hour bar and as somebody who was away to relax found that a struggle. did ask to change rooms but what was offered was over looking a carpark and a distance away from where I was so would have been difficult to move all my belongings so ended up staying and bought ear plugs.

Great for kids and excellent food.

Zero action against misbehaving guests such as smoking in kids areas or on restaurant terras, youngsters jumping in swimming pool at night and making noise.

The staff were so friendly. Everything was clean. The aqua park was amazing. The room was big and lovely. Food and drinks were awesome. The entertainments at nights were enjoyable. I really was satisfied with this lovely hotel

Nothing!

Big facility and never you have to queue much for anything. Plenty place for everyone. Open bar till 8.00 am. Amazing pool bar that you can drink on the bar stools but in the pool.

Terrible wifi, let's say forget about internet here. Staff didn't know english except one person in the reception out of 10 I met and one girl at entertainment booking table. The rest were pretending to understand. I had asked 5 times for tissue and each time getting different thing instead. Also the beach is not at all as shown on the picture in the booking.com. it has no beach court on the beach and is not that big. There are buildings by it.
