Generally a clean hotel close to the center of Trani. Also the garage was very spacious and not too narrow. Breakfast was basic but tasty. Beds were comfortable. Good value for money.

The rooms are a little old and especially the bathroom could need a little renovation.

The location is ideal for those who, like me, travel by train. The hotel is a very short walk from the train station. I was happy with my room - it was clean and the bed comfortable. All the receptionists were very pollite and very helpful.

There are very few places to eat near the hotel. This, of course, is not the hotel's fault, but it would be easier for a tourist to have a better choice of restaurants nearby.

close to train station, easy walk to port and cathedral. Ibis hotels are always reliable for safe, secure, clean, economical lodging near the train and a generous breakfast, the bonus here was the welcoming helpful staff.

Friendly and helpful staff, city center and the port was less than 10 mins of walking distance. Room and the bed was comfy and we had AC in the room, which was heavily needed due to the hot temperature.

Had to pay separate fee for the parking besides the high room price, breakfast selection was every day the same. The fridge was a bit small in the room and was not cooling enough. The vending machine downstairs did not accept credit card, I could not pay, only with coins. There was no separate entrance from the garage to the hotel, had to use the car ramp to climb up with luggage in the hand. The surrounding streets were full of trash, the shower holder bar in the bathroom came out from the wall. The whole hotel gave me a feeling, that there was no renovation or modernization for decades.

Our check in receptionist was less than helpful. The restaurant is closed at the weekend. Tired looking room could do with a freshen up.

Good breakfast included in the price. Very reasonable priced dinner and very helpful staff. Arriving by train very close to the station and within easy walking distance to the centre.

Excellent service. Paolo was especially kind and helpful. very large colour TV. The dinner in restaurant was absolutely excellent.

Good location near the railway station but not noisy. Breakfast was good with good opening times. Short walk to the main sights of Trani which is a good location to spend a couple of days.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good for one night if you have a train to catch, or just passing by the city. Free parking.

For being in front of the train station, you can hear very loudly the trains passing by - not the only thing I could hear - also the guest next door snoring.

the reception staff were extremely helpful, professionally and welcoming. the lady receptionist very kindly organised a taxi for us to the airport and kept us informed when it was running a little late. she very swiftly took away any anxiety we had and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our stay.the breakfast was excellent.

Posibility to came late at night and be welcomed by a live person from reception. Posibility to store bicycle on a safe place.

Vicinity of train station - what is good wheh coming with a train late in the evening, but can be noisy, depending on the room location.

The facilities onsite and read, use computer with for friends. Breakfast was beautifully set up. Front desk staff friendly.

Shower head didn't stay upright for me to stand under and wash my hair. It was placed upright by cleaning staff but the moment to water is on and the head pointed away from the wall, is fell down and out of the holder and would not stay in ?

Very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. My key was always waiting for me and I never had to give them my room number.

It was conveniently located near the train station

It was too close to the railway line and the bedroom shook whenever a train went by. You could barely fit into the shower. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The breakfast was dreadful

Secure private free parking

The hotel is close to the railway station - I selected it as I was doing a number of day trips from Trani, but closer to the port is nicer. Trani is a really attractive town - from the main street down through the centro storico to the port and the breakwaters, and the lovely public gardens leading around to the beaches. Also most restaurants are down near the port. The hotel was clean and functional and they were able to provide a different height pillow when requested. Front desk staff (& the chef - who I met) were very friendly. The shower was nice & large - the 1st one where I haven't knocked my elbows when trying to shower and very hot water. The windows had mosquito screens. I left them open at night and was not disturbed by the trains.

The bedroom was small, though it was a double/queen bed, and not enough space for a larger suitcase. The bidet was too close to the toilet and you sat with one leg pressed up against the bidet. The breakfast was adequate, but the dinner I had there was really nice. The TV in the restaurant was on constantly - for breakfast and dinner. The TV in the lounge area was also on. It was a bit annoying, and when switched off (after checking with other guests in the room), it was switched back on again - at least just music rather than the game show that had been on.

Caffe and breakfast is delecious. There are ham, egg, corn flakes, fruits, sweets. Room was big enough for a family.

Tub was really dirty. I can not imagine when was it cleaned.

It met our needs for the one night we stayed in Trani but I felt it was rather basic compared to other accommodations we had booked for this trip

It was located near the train station and we had to walk through quite a few small streets to reach the port which was a little disconcerting and we certainly didn't feel like venturing out after dark
