Pros +
- Convenient transfer from the station. Amazing view. Spacious room. Helpful staff. Free snacks and drinks at the lobby.
- Location and architecture
- Free drinks and snacks excellent. Helpful staff.
Cons -
- True Japanese experience may not fit an average tourist. Sharing bath is not a classic shower but a Japanese-style room with stools and pool with hot water. So it's more like a public bathhouse. Food is also far from American or European cousin and this goes to both dinner and breakfast. Also the Wi-Fi isn't that fast in every area of the hotel. Works fine in the room tho.
- No shower / private bathroom in the room
