Comfortable and perfect place to rest after a long day of walking around the town, castle and garden. Ofuro right in the room.

The location close to Himeji Station, and the public bath on the top 14th floor.

The bed was extremely small, as was the room - smaller than the smallest cruise ship cabins we’ve ever had/experienced.No breakfast nor even coffee available at the hotel - the cafe was completely closed. Filtered drinking water was available only at the Women’s public bath.

Affordable price, great location as well as great facilities.

My room AC was dripping water throughout the night getting my bed sheets soaked.

Location was great and staff were friendly. Facility was clean and modern. We had a private onsen bathtub in our room and it was wonderful!

Cafe was closed when we were staying there.

The location was excellent, just a few min away from the train station. Very helpful staff. The best things were the size of the room and the private onsen

Onsen 14 floor

Smoke smell in non-Smoking room. Missing closet, very small for 2 people

Small standard hotel room close to the train station. It did however have a top floor sauna and spa which was enjoyable

Hot tub in room

Asked for non smoking room but the sheets and room smelt of cigarette smoke. Not good for my asthma.

The check-in was seamless.The room size and outdoor personal onsen bath was unexpected and really made my trip - so happy!

No complaints at all - everything was perfect!

Staff is so kind and helpful! The man who helped us check in is nice and also speaking good English.

A little bit dusty

The bathroom was excellent ?

A bit small for 4 we booked Twin room for 4 but the beds were only 2 small double beds.

The staff was really nice and the commodities were good.

The room smelled a lot like cigarette smoke.

Excellent location- just a short walk to JR Himeji station.Onsen- top floor public bath was great, nearly private bath. Loved the outdoor bath and the bubble bath! Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Clean and comfortable room and bed, fantastic value for money. Would love to use this accommodation again.

The location was a short walk from the train station so it was super convenient. The onsen was absolutely a treat. Very clean, spacious and an open area. I really enjoyed this and when I went there, I was the only one in the onsen. BlissThe staff were very friendly and the room was typical for its type - but very clean and everything worked. The bath was very small, but I did not need it as I used the onsen.

The staff was really helpful and the room has everything you need. Pretty clean and convenient location near the station.The public bath was also really good. They don't allow tattoos, though.
