Hotel Class Hermannstadt

Staff was friendly and loved the smell of new furniture in the room

Location, however that was my fault as i didn’t check properly breakfast was cold and basic

At first, it seemed like the hotel was next to a pretty busy street, but our room faced the inner parking lot, which was pleasantly quiet. The room itself was clean and nice. There were also plenty of parking spaces available on the hotel premises. The breakfast offered a nice surprise with a wide variety of options. The location is good as well, with several small shops nearby.

As with most hotels, you might get woken up by neighbours - either by late arrivals during the night or early risers starting their day, especially when they take a shower.

Breakfast covered the basics.

Hotel is between 2 busy streets. Parking was complicated.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, there was a free parking spot available. Also the breakfast was good, Overall, great value.

Comfortable and good breakfast

Looked pretty un-maintained in terms of cleaning. Carpets looked really... difficult to be cleaned

Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, close to Sibiu city center and parking for free. Quiet at night, big terrace.

A bit old style, I would recommend a renovation soon

Very friendly staff with perfect english Convenient location Free parking

Room marked as no smokers, but reaked of cigarettes Facilities dated Breakfast quite basic, but ok for a quick business stay Next to horrible bed

Very nice and helpful staff Quiet location Good breakfast Cosy and very clean rooms

Everything was great

Friendly staff. Good price.

Hotel is a bit outdated. Breakfast rather basic, but ok

Amazing hotel! Very friendly stuff on reception, great breakfast and convenient location close to gas stations, Sibiu Shopping mall and city center! Quiet at night, big terrace.

Everything was amazing! :)

Not what I expected for the price,to high for what they provideThe fridge are old and dirty, and you pay 50£ for a old furniture not vintage it s old one,and the smell in room is bad because of the carpet on the floors, who also is verry dirty.Verry disappointed,i will never coming back.

Just the sheet and the towels where clean.

Personnel is great. Very professional, pleasant and helpful. I was one hour late for breakfast and they insisted to make me one. Also, they let me have late checkout with no extra cost. Very clean hotel with family atmosphere around. I will come again soon.

Very clean, breakfast, free parking, minibar

No slippers

Breakfast was nice. Parking available. Clean.

Furniture and design outdated and basic, stains on the carpets, did not look like the pictures.Bathroom was tiny. Shampoo was scarce. Poor wifi.

Nice, modern and clean with air conditioning, free wifi and free breakfast

The room is big enough with a big balcony, the breakfast really good with enough options.

On the balcony should be some furniture, the AC it is really loud.

Clean, big room, quiet, reliable Wi-Fi. Very good breakfast. Parking place.

a very nice hotel , bit rooms and a good breakfast.staff was friendly and helpful with dining recommendations.room was big and comfortable

AC only in main bedroom

The staff were friendly

The bathroom and toilet were very very small, we had to squeeze ourselves in the bath and hardly any space to have a shower.

Nice room, clean, good breakfast
