at the restaurant we were treated very well, good food and we were served even at later hours.

we really like this hotel, we would come back with pleasure but this time we had the surprise of smelling like sewage in our bathroom, disturbing, we announced and hope that by next time this problem will be fixed. The air conditioning system in the room seemed old and also had a specific smell. another inconvenience was the swimming pool with a schedule only until 8 pm and the sauna, the only functional one of the two, starting at 4 pm which reached the optimal temperature only after 5.30 pm, the wet sauna did not work well, the temperature was much too low and it was not very humid ?, although it is mentioned as a spa, they had no one for massage. I was about to forget the piece de resistance, I came between Christmas and New Year and found a bottle of water with the welcome message on it, I should mention that the bottle was simple without any label and tasted like water from the sink, honestly it was better not to put it. The staff is friendly but they go overboard when it comes to maintenance that must be provided by installation specialists,

The room, the pool, the staff was great.

Because of very long waiting at the dinner we decided to have dinner somewhere else, so we went out and after the pool we got a nice cold that kept us a few days in bed.Other than that ....everything was great.

We stayed one night and enjoyed the spacious, modern, comfortable accommodation. The room was well-appointed and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was probably the best we had anywhere. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit out of the centre: it's about a 20 minute walk into town. We drove part of the way to cut it down to 5-10 minutes. Exceptionally good value.

A very good, clean hotel with polite staff.We have been upgraded to an apartment which was really huge and nice. The hotel's pool was very good. Breakfast was very good. Parking was in the premises.

I was upgraded from a double room to the Cleopatra apartment. It was a wonderful surprise, and it had everything I needed, including a balcony overlooking the town below.

There were dogs constantly barking from the neighbouring houses.

Very nice hotel, very clean, with lots of facilities. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to test out the pool, next time. Friendly staff, good and rich breakfast, comfortable beds, very spacious and nice rooms.

Unfortunately we stayed there during a kids trip field... and those kids were feral. They would run and scream all day and all night long, it was pretty annoying. It is not the staff's or the hotel's fault, but still... we came for work and we needed rest, not to hear kids yelling until 4 AM. Location is pretty far from Medias (walking distance) and from restaurants/markets, a bit incovenient. And the price was a bit exaggerated for what this hotel had to offer.

Generally, a good hotel but if AC doesn't work it makes it very uncomfortable.

The AC didn't work. Even after I asked reception to fix it, AC was not working, just the fan.

We enjoyed the large and very comfortable bed. The room was clean, nicely designed and the courtyard is very neat and pleasant for a stroll. There are plenty of parking spaces available for the clients.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not reach the promised expectations and these are our main disappointments: during a very hot summer, there was no properly working AC (the lady from the staff told us that the hotel is fully booked and the system could not keep up) - we had to sleep with the window open (which, by the way, had no mosquitoes net); the pool was not even close to look like the one you see in the photos (it is not as clean and fancy) and moreover, they let people that are not accommodated at the hotel to use it, which makes it crowded and gives you the impression of a community swimming pool instead of a private/exclusive one (also, the sunbed cushions were very dirty); the bathroom was old (not even close to the experience of a 4 stars hotel) and the door did not close.
