Clean room with a good size and very comfortable beds. The restaurant food was great. Staff could be a bit friendlier, but overall it was a decent stay.

Location. Very clean

The breakfast. The same bread for 2 days. Not so many choices of food.Very expensive for what you get. (Small room, almost no facility in the room).

It was the last day of the season. No other guests. We surprised the staff. They were very helpful and made special efforts for us

Great location, right next to the skiing slope. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and cozy rooms.

They said on booking.com superb breakfast included… when you make such a statement tour create expectation but the breakfast wasn’t great ( toast bread, cheap meat, cheese from supermarket, omelette and some plume jam)Nothing from local producer

The locations it’s nice and the staff is friendly. The food is good and the portions are bigger than I expected. The hotel amplasament is very good about 5 minutes walk from the ski area.

The room was small and the balcony door didn’t close properly.

Chill ambiance, ok personnel, they let you feel like in your house.

Not so many activities close to the location.

The room was very clean and tidy. For a family of 4 a little bit small, but decent. The bed was very comfortable. The terrace is big and with a very nice view on the mountains. The playground and the garden are very nice and useful when you have kids around.

A laisure space or a lobby to sit when the restaurant is closed in order to be cleaned

The landscape was nice, the food was good, and the little garden where you can take stay to eat.

No fridge in the room in the summer is not so good.

- Nice view- spacious and very clean room- good food- very nice terrace- nice playground (small, but enough for little kids)

- the sofa bed was old, broken, with dirty spots on it (not acceptable to have such a sofa bed in a room that costs over 100€/night). The main bed was very confortable, the sheets were clean but the sofa was not proper for a good sleep. - the pillows - very poor quality.- the curtains - a blackout curtain would be necessary- the balcony of the room was not private, but accessible for other tourists as well - the door couldn’t be locked and it was strange for our kids that were playing there to see other people coming on the balcony)

- impeccable cleanliness- tasty food- located right at the base of the Arena Platos ski slope

- a room with a mountain view would have been desirable...

Very clean accomodation, located at the base of the Platos Arena ski tracks. Great restaurant, very tasty food.We had the junior suite, great size, lovely balcony.

I would have liked to have a small kettle in the room for tea/coffee.

The location and room were very clean. The double room with balcony wasn't very large, but enough for 2 adults with a small child. The staff was very polite and food was delicious. The restaurant has a great view over the mountains.
