It's near a busy street and a bit noisy.

Large room, very clean and comfortable beds. Good shower and was extremely good value. We cannot comment on their breakfast as we didn't opt for it.

Soundproofing is low quality. You can hear every car passing by the hotel and you'll be well aware of the activities in the adjacent rooms. The door locks are quite loud. The room had an overpowering chemical smell, like a new car air freshener.The lights are all cold and much too strong. We opted to have breakfast at the hotel and regrated the choice. Little options to chose from, not one staff member around. And a chill 17 degrees in the breakfast salon.

Easy to find, parking spot available, reception staff very nice, very clean and spacious apartment.

Central heating did not work properly, it was cold. The reception tried to help, but they couldn't fix it, gave us the AC remote control and we got heating through the AC. Floors in the living room/kitchen area are very cold, some slippers would be good to have available in the apartment.Internet also didn't work at all in the apartment (we had apartment 19, not sure if this is a general issue); the connection just didn't show up at all as available.

It was opposite a supermarket so convenient for shopping.

There was no wellness /spa nor swimming pool, contrary to what was stated on the website. The closest wellness and swimming pool was 30 minutes walk from the hotel. My card didn’t work to open the hotel entrance after 22:00 so I had to call the personnel and wait 20 minutes for them to come and open.

Breakfast is miserable

New, modern, clean, centrally located.

The over the top automation led to a very bright light turning on in the room by itself very early in the morning - well before we intended to wake up - and it could not be turned off by any means. It took the entire day for the staff to work with the service company to turn off the light. Sounds crazy? It was!

Very good location in Cisnădie, very clean, new or newly renovated, comfortable bed and pillow, the staff was very nice...nothing to complain about.

The apartment was spacious and looked really good. The furniture was kind of bad, due to not having anything to grab on to open the cabinets. The entrance to the apartment was on the other side of the building but it wasn't that bad.

I've asked for the room to be arranged with a couple balloons, some lights and flowers but when we arrived we have received the keys of the wrong room. We had to go again to the reception to get the new keys to the correct room. The surprise was off due to this and wasn't that impactful. After that I have received some bad receipts about the things bought for the surprise (6 small helium balloons, another 2 hearth shaped balloons, a bouquet of flowers, a non-alcoholic sparkling wine and some rose petals) all adding up to 100 euros. It was a really bad experience for both me and my newly fiancée. When asked about the high price of the balloons and the bad receipts, the building administrator raised her voice that it's not her fault and she wouldn't bump up the prices and that's the real price of the products (it's not). Sadly we had a bad experience here and will never be back.

Central location, but also very easy to reach Sibiu. Parking spot. The apartment was spacious enough, modern and well equipped. A cool touch, the TV in the bedroom was white, just like the furniture. Excellent breakfast, with all you can want. Really a great place to stay as an alternative to the more and more costly Sibiu.

It looks just like the photos. Very modern, very clean and cozy. It felt like we were at our own home. The technology they use is advanced, everything controlled with touch buttons. It was a really great experience.

The breakfast was ok, but not wow. Didn’t like the coffee myself, but maybe it’s just my personal preference.

Comfortable rooms, parking in the close vicinity of the property. Cleanliness, helpful staff.

It was a very pleasant, tidy and well-thought of hotel room. We enjoyed the recommendation for a restaurant which they usually collaborate with and that was only 7 minutes away, we got to take our most needed rest in a very comfortable bed and we enjoyed the breakfast that they had to offer at the same location.

I would have liked a mini toiletries set and, most importantly, an in-room ironing as these two are usually my number one amenities that I use without exception.

Would have been nice to have lunch and dinner options at the premises. A prior heads up would have been nice in regards to some construction works that were taking place at the time of our stay (we were traveling with a 1 year old baby and the noise was a little disturbing)
