The staff and quality of food was good...the staff made sure we were settled in nicely...the location of the hotel was not clear since there are 2 with the same name and only 1 of them is in Gulmarg..this is not clear to anyone booking the room online...the other property is at the base of Gulmarg...
The location of the hotel....the size of the room allocated to us in the beginning was too small for our family...later on they shifted us to a bigger room...

Over-priced. Was charged 6000 plus taxes, it is worth not even 1000. Stinking rooms and toilets. Plumbing issues in the toilet. Exorbitant food prices. The helpers expect to be paid tips even for bringing water. The location is very misguiding. IT IS NOT IN GULMARG. IT IS IN TANGMARG.

we never expected such high rates of food we had over there, food was good but everything was overpriced. It cost us more than twenty thousand for 1 day stay and 2 meals which was almost the pricing of 5 stars hotel. Pine view is literally fooling customers

The Most Humble Nature of Hameed Niyaz Muddassir.Their Attitude and their Behavior. They showed that they are not staff but they are Family. Because of them stay made easy and beautiful.They Deserve 10/10.
