Gulmarg Woods by Stay Pattern

Room was good, nice view from Window/balcony.

Bath towels were really old and dirty.

Hands down, the best place to stay in Gulmarg. The views of the mountains are absolutely stunning. We booked a room with a balcony, and the scenery from there was breathtaking. It's only a 4-minute walk to the Gondola, which is incredibly convenient. The rooms are cozy, with central heating, heated beds, and hot water available at all times. All other amenities were top-notch. A must-stay if you're visiting Gulmarg!

There’s nothing I could fault about this place. Everything was perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Liked the location and hospitality of the staff. Food was also delicious. The highlight was the bed heater, which had the option of keeping head or foot warm with a low and a high setting.

Washroom can have a dry and wet area separated.

The location was great, very close to Gulmarg gondola. Everything was clean. Food was nice. The staff were super helpful. Amir, the receptionist was very polite and accommodating.

The location was excellent and allowed us to explore all sides of Gulmarg. The staff, especially Anzar were incredible and they made sure our stay was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

very nice and well maintained property. property structure was just woww. clean room with all amenities- hot shower, heater.superb location. one of the best properties I have ever stayed. very nice staff. the interior decor was very beautiful. very yummy breakfast. great value for money. highly recommended.

Location is the main usp of this facility. The building is new hence everything is in working condition

What I noticed is two employees that had to literally do everything: from checking in to making sure the rooms are clean and ready, house keeping, ensure water is hot, cook for the guests, ensure WiFi is in working condition (which actually wasnt), it was hard to ignore how overworked those lads looked. This is a new facility and hence things work fine but if your employees are overworked the effects will eventually show.

Location is xcellent.. 5 min walk from the condola cable station

There was carpentory work still happening outside our room as it was a new property and the lawn was still not done.The tv wasnt working, wifi was poor.. kept coming and going. There was no proper pathway from the reception to our room.. there was wet mud everywhere so obviously work was in progress and will take time. They shouldn’t hv charged full amount showing pics of the property when work was still going on which was extremely wrong on their part.

Very close to the gondola station.Amsterdam style house like hotels.Room heater is a plus for a guy who lives in hot climate

Wifi was not working almost my entire stay of three nights. Hot water not available 24/7 but only around 4 hours in 24 hours. Also the entire hotel premises was under construction when we were staying.

Location and interior makeover of property...food was delicious.

Facility was under repair which was not mentioned anywhere while booking.No wifi was available at property.No round the clock hotwater or geysers available. No mosquito repellents in room which was arranged after we have to insist to staff.

The rooms are basically cottage style and are very neat and well insulated. The room has a comfortable bed, neat bathroom (superb shower/hot water) and TV with all day wifi. You get yummy hot food in their in house restaurant. Special mention to Firdouz and Rayees, they made our stay so much better than what we imagined. They were super friendly and made us feel like home. They helped us with meals, local sightseeing and even waking up early morning to make breakfast for us on last day before we left. They really went extra mile and we would definitely recommend everyone to stay here.

Location and the room.

Access to the property from the drop of point is unpleasant with full of horse dung and uneven walk way.Forced to pay local currency by cash. Credit transaction was not accepted. Owner of the property was very rude.

We got a pleasant surprise with Gulmarg Woods ! Excellent location, very close to the Gulmarg gondola. Excellent views of snow covered mountains from our both cabins. Room cleanliness and comfort was exceptional. More than value for money. Best stay that we had in Kashmir. Restaurant was closeby, we got a good hot breakfast there.

Awesome location enjoyed the golf course field right in front of the property and its walkable distance frm gandola ride.

Front yard and back yard must be inter locked with brick. It's so muddy when enter to the resort. Moreover surrounding to be be regularly cleaned.

I was pleasantly surprised with this cute little hotel. Very comfortable and clean room with everything one can ask for. Was very happy with the service level of the staff and the property in general. The surroundings were gorgeous as can be seen from the pictures

Exceptional location.

Worst staff. They will come only when they require something from you. No cooking staff, still they take orders and serve you after 2,3 hours. When we requested for extra bed at night 7.30 pm they came at 11.40 pm to provide the bed. When we were checking out, I tried to call them for assistance to carry luggage. Surprisingly no staff available in entire location.
