Pros +
- A good, solid hotel. Situated almost in the city centre. When we stayed at the hotel it was quite quiet. The bed was comfortable. The staff was attentive. Breakfast is basic, nothing fancy, but enough to start the day. The breakfast room has a great view.
- This property is truly one of the best places, and located in one of the most beautiful villages I’ve ever visited in Spain. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff (both day and night) were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Although I only stayed for one night, I genuinely wished I had booked more time there. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough, with thoughtful attention to detail that made the stay extra special. A lovely touch was finding complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, an unexpected and appreciated gesture for any traveler. The hotel also offers a private parking spot and even has a charging station for electric cars, along with several other great facilities. Everything was spotless, and the location itself adds so much charm to the overall experience.
- Breakfest
Cons -
- I didn't like some carelessness in the parking marking. Without knowing what is where and what controls what, it is not immediately clear how to open access for exit. Also, the first time it is not so easy to find the entrance to the parking lot and you have to get out of the car and ask at the reception desk. I was also surprised that for two visitors there was only one set of towels, slippers and a robe. The second visitor had to do without these amenities.
- The room didn't match the description on Booking.com. Superior is worse than a higher category. No full bed, only one twin. Dust and hair everywhere. The air conditioner is not working correctly. You can't choose the temperature—either 18C or the same as on the street. The bed is bad.
- The rooms are not soundproofed we could hear one room next to us talking and the other room snoring

The staff where friendly and helpful
The rooms are not soundproofed we could hear one room next to us talking and the other room snoring
Staff very welcoming and helpful, went out of their way to help us, which was an unexpected pleasure.Room very clean and quiet. Parking, bike storage, both great.Breakfast nice selection. Areas kept very clean and topped up.
The hotel is very well located, a few meters from the city center but in a quiet place. Breakfast offers many tasty and healthy options, and a beautiful view. The room is comfortable and clean, with good quality sheets as well as bath towels. There is a restaurant attached that offers delicious dishes and a good selection of wines. The staff is very polite and friendly, especially Nico.
Bright room with a nice mountain view.Good bathroom witha big bath tub and plenty of hot water.Ample closet and drawer space for your clothing.Small minibar.Good bed, pillows and linnen.
NO COMPLAINTS. However a few minor details worth mentioning. No coffee machine in room nor english or german Tv channels.Staff could have been more service oriented asking me if a needed a parking space for my car which is considerably cheaper than the indoor parking house opposite the hotel. When I returned to hotel at 14.35 waiting for my room to get ready (check in is at 15.00 so all is good) the clark who saw me sit down in front of him, could have addressed me and informed me that my room was now ready instead of me waiting there for 5 minutes and eventually asking him, and he replying that my room was indeed ready.
Good location.Friendly staff.
Toilet door did not close to allow privacy. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, normal in most hotels.Bedding old and no cover for the duvet just 2 sheets.
Clean and good room but the bed (double) was very small and noisy. The breakfast is great.
Room was spacious
13€ to park the car.Very noisy location.Bar & restaurant were expensive.Restaurant didn't open until 8pm, not great after a long day driving.
I was initially given a room on the groundfloor with a lot of noise coming from a celebration in the basement. The girl at the reception kindly moved me to a much more comfortable and silent room (a 2-story suite) on the 2nd floor, without any additional cost. Thanks a lot.
Nice hotel. Breathtaking view from breakfast room
Ver,y unfriendly at the reception when leaving. No thank u. No how did u like it? No have a dood trip. Very disappointing
The room was convenient and warm as was the bathroom.
There was no coffee or snacks available all day. No food or drinks available on Sunday. On Saturday lunch time we went to the restaurante but it was closed because of a function, they would not make a sandwich or a coffee for us. There are no social areas such as a lounge to relax. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.
BreakfastComfy bed
Couldn’t get the room cool enough at night
Breakfast was excellent, room was really good, staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was always clean and parking was also very good.
Nothing Sercotel
At breakfast I missed a better selection of muesli and appropriate cereal bowls. The bed is comfortable in my opinion
Pretty hotel close to shopping and restaurants, convenient to old Town.
All was good.
The staff were very friendly and professional. Parking was good and secure.
We booked a room with "two double beds". The hotel told us that they have no rooms with 2 double beds. On arrival we discovered out room had a single double bed that could not be split. We are mother and daughter travelling for a race so this was not at all what we had wanted. The room was very noisy. Slamming doors in the corridor, a lot of noise from the interconnected room. And bizarrely the sound of furniture being moved above us at 2am.Considering we had chosen the hotel to ensure.a good night's sleep before an ultramarathon, it was a disaster. We had booked a second night to recover after the race but instead chose to go home.Breakfast was poor.
The size of the room, the facilities and the fact that it was extremely clean.
Excellent location and friendly staff
Tea and coffee making facilities in the room
