Pros +
- very good breakfast. very kind staff and recepcion.
- We had a lovely view across the bridge across to the mountains.
- We picked a room with a balcony which had fantastic views, it was clean, tidy and spacious, the bathroom was large with a separate toilet. The location is perfect for exploring Alcoy. Our buffet breakfast was decent and we should have had the evening meal in the hotel but didn`t, next time I will.
Cons -
- some parts in rooms may need reconstruction.
- Finding the car park, make sure you get directions before you travel.
- Restaurant & bar was closed for last 2 weeks of August. When we booked this hotel we were not told about it, so we had to go out every morning for breakfast & evening for dinner & any drinks. We were able to get a coffee first thing. No facilities to make a hot drink in room.

Location was perfect. Room was clean. Mini fridge, albeit the integrated door was broken. Hotel parking was good & easy to access.

The size of the room was fine. The view from the balcony was brilliant. The location of the hotel is good for walking to the centre, old town area and shopping centre. The hotel was not expensive, so I suppose you get what you pay for. Alcoy is a great place to visit.
The mattress was dire, not comfortable at all. The restaurant only offered a set menu and tapas, there were no vegetarian options. The worst thing about this hotel was the attitude of a male member of staff on reception. There was a small, mini bar type fridge in the room (502), that wasn't working. My husband went to report this, to be met with a very bad attitude from the guy. We live in Spain and we do speak some Spanish, so my husband explained that the fridge wasn't working. My husband said 'refrigerador' and was told it was a 'nevera, he stood corrected even though both words are generally understood. The guy also said the fridge wasn't designed to cool, but just to maintain temperature (we actually had melted chocolate). My husband explained that complimentary bottles of water were warm and there was no motor sound from the fridge but the guy was totally dismissive, he didn't even visit our room to check it out! Fortunately the female receptionist that we met on checking in and out was very friendly and helpful.
A superb stay in this gem of a hotel. Room with balcony, table and chairs overlooking Bridge and town. Stunning. Room fantastic. Was on bicycle and receptionist provided secure and locked room for bicycle. Breakfast buffet great value and very wide selection of foods. The staff are very good and a particluar mention to the very efficient kind and friendly receptionist. Highly recommended. Top marks.
All excellent
Super kind staff.Architecture.Location.Views (balcony room)
Old fashioned furniture and toilet.Room lights: Not fine, not confortable, poor. Not good for reading in bed.
Location great... Staff great...
Breakfast poor quality... Cold coffee... Better off having breakfast outside the hotel...
Breakfast is very affordable, very tasty and served in a room with a magnificent view. So convenient!
Location was great, nice views of the city . The man on reception was very helpful .
Do not go there
it sucked the employees have no respect it is nasty and not clean like at all we did 3 nights and stayed 2 because we had no other choice and the beds were old like real old they smelled the blankets were nasty and had stains on them and the walls were covered in something and it was Just not clean

They don’t have enough space at the parking lot and I had to park my car 200 m from the hotel entrance down a hill.
I really enjoyed my stay, the room and bathroom were massive and the views over the bridge amazing. I arrived at noon simply to ask them to keep my bags but they allowed me to do an early check-in :)
The room was spacious n clean.
The breakfast hardly had any options. Eggs were absolutely unpalatable - a couple of more people expressed the same feedback
Location
Breakfast needs more choice - corridors all very dark and lights coming on very late after you have passed the point - room facilities
The position of the hotel was perfect for our reason which was the Moors and Christian fiesta. The receptionist was very helpful with maps and explanations. Thank you Beatriz.
The bed was extremely hard.
Decor clean but a bit dated. Great views over the bridge and valley. Breakfast OK but not resupplied from kitchen often enough. Good parking facility. Good lifts.
Breakfast staff more interested in welfare of regular locals than making sure guests were OK. Reception staff struggled to pass time of day when passing through reception, sometimes just ignoring us.
location, heating, hot water
bit dated but clean and working, prefer duvet not blankets
Location, parking, clean room and bathroom, warm room and reception assistance
Bed covers &pillows. Cooked breakfast was cold, as was the coffee.Disappointed restaurant closed on Sunday nights.
Nothing to dislike everything was very very good. Staff very friendly & location very good. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly & helpful I would recommend the hotel without hesitation. The view from our room was lovely we would go again.
I liked everything
