The Bricks Hotel

Friendly professional very helpful staff, its perfect central location.

Except for one interaction where a manager was trying to get me to change rooms for no obvious reason, the staff was excellent.

The water temperature is very bad. Every shower i took was uncomfortably cold.

The bed and pillows, the size of the room and location.

Location is great. Accommodation is amazing

No elevator. Need help with luggage but people there helped

It's very accessible and is surrounded by restaurants.

The room that I stayed in is near a construction site and the noise woke me up.

Its location and amenities.

We had difficulty getting in the property at around 3am, since we were out late.

Location was good, breakfast good, facilities okay

Having to walk up 3 flights of stairs.. NO ELEVATOR

My go-to place to stay in Duma. Clean, great location and great restaurant.

A little pricey.

Good free breakfast

Small room with 2 twin beds not a double bed

near restaurants, near port

No elevators, noise at night with construction next building

Not able to sleep

No elevator, noisy surrounding, dark and food choices are not good

Conveniently located near restaurants and the ferry dock. Free breakfast. Helpful staff.

It a modernistic, bare concrete structure and rooms. No elevator. No amenities to speak of. Our room overlooked the street and was quite noisy.

The room and the premises were very clean. Amazing mattress and pillow, good working aircon and clean bathroom. The hotel is very centrally located to the ferry port, the seafront esplanade, restaurants and bars. In-house restaurant is also very good!Another great stay at Bricks Hotel!

We were made to wait to check-in, while arriving 30 minutes before official check-in time. After waiting to check in, it turned out the room wasn’t ready. While the restaurant is very good, it is a bit pricey for local standards

Room was comfortable with a clean bathroom and AC unit. Location of hotel is near the port.

The food was alright. We ate the complementary breakfast which took about an hour to prepare and it was cold when we got it.

Excellent stay! The staff were all friendly and incredibly accommodating. Our room was clean, with fresh sheets and clean linens. The breakfast was fantastic - plenty of delicious options to choose from. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the port, making it super convenient. Definitely worth the money, and I’d love to stay here again!

The only area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi speed, it wasn’t quite fast enough for remote work.

Great location, impeccable design.

Room felt prison-like but it's nearly there.

Good breakfast

Noisy air conditioner in room, small beds , room doesn't look appealing

accessible..

The housekeeper or roomcleaner need to check throughly the beds..i found some hairs under the fitted sheet and also on the bed under the duvet..pu**c hair?

The price and the location. Beds were comfortable.

Water preasure in the 3rd floor could be better

Always clean and always has hot water! They have a generator so during brownouts there is never a power interruption
