Hotel Stay ReviewOur stay at Charos was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding customer service. Every staff member was attentive, professional, and incredibly prompt in responding to our needs and requests, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed — every corner radiates aesthetic charm and a welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was not only delicious and varied but also thoughtfully prepared and presented. Considering the quality of service, comfort, and overall experience, the value for money was unbeatable. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!

The hotel has not elevator, I was on the third floor. The restaurant was on the second floor and was a good restaurant, the first day the America breakfast was great, unfortunately they did not have all the ingredients for an American breakfast on the second or third day.

PARKING is not really good.

The antique high quality furnishings both in our room and throughout the hotel are wonderful. Good size room.

No balcony but access to outside walkway to get fresh air. The location is a little out of the way but plenty of tricycles passing by to get a ride.

I like how friendly the staff is

The rooms are old, the blanket is too thin, the bidet is leaking water

love the place, the vibes and over all clean. staff were friendly

the room we got is near the road so expect that it gets noisy at night.

Bad

They will do everything to deduct your money. We only used the towel to wipe our bodies. The waiter said that we had to pay 700 for dirty towels, but the price on the menu was actually 500. They may give you a dirty towel, but they will ask you to compensate. So check the equipment in advance, otherwise your money will disappear from your pocket.

The room was quite big, we had all the facilities needed for the stay. I liked the location and the front desk was really helpful all the time!

There was quite a lot of noise coming from the street. I didn't bother us much as we were mainly there to sleep and during the night it was okay.

large comfy room ,lots of space. only one night stay no issues.

The staff was helpful and gracious. The rooms are very nice, bed comfortable. Restaurant has some great dishes. I loved my stay here.

Traffic noise in the front rooms.

Very nice accommodation. Very clean. Pleasant staff friendly

Excellent place. Clean facility. Great staff. Great restaurant and good location.

Fabulous decor in both room and lobby - it was not simply good it was stunning with quality dark wood antique furniture. The staff were excellent and friendly.

It is a couple of kilometres from downt town but trtcycle taxis are frequent and cheap.

Very friendly staff!

First, since we came during the holiday season , we were woken up every night at 4:30am due to the noise coming from the adjacent Christmas Mass in the University Gymnasium. Then at 7 am, the noise started coming from the building construction next door. Unbelievable! ?The bed mattress was actually leaning so that we felt like we were falling downward ?The shower needs a new head or cleaning! The shower door almost fell on us...?

Reception staffs are attentive.Place is ideal for families.

Guard is not consistent with assisting the guests.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Exactly like the pictures.

Wish they offered breakfast.

Internet is fast; the main reason why i booked this place.

Hope they have an electric kettle in the room so there is no need for us to go down to the front desk and ask for hot water. The place is a bit far from the city center.

Location is really quite and peaceful, very friendly staff. We really love the place it is spacious and clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice and comfortable.

Perhaps some better instructions on how to use the TV remote.
