- Good size on the room. Near the port for the ferry to Siquijor.
- Location is probably the only good thing about this place. The hotel is within walking distance from the boulevard and can easily take you where the action is.
- The rooms, of course, are far from brand new, but everything is working: air conditioning, electric water heater., outlet. Night blinds. The bed is comfortable. Wifi is acceptable. One of the few options with a balcony. The location is excellent, near the boulevard, restaurants, shops, migration office, 15 minutes walk to the port.

- The room was not very clean, and there was a lot of noise from the street all night.
- The room is tiny. There's nothing "Deluxe" about the room. The only space I had to maneuve r around on was this L space around the bed and that was it. Water temperature in the shower room only knows one temperature, volcanic hot.
- I would recommend stocking up on earplugs, as near the road, and zero soundproofing. But it's not a problem.
