The staffs are accommodating. They're welcoming. And I appreciate it that they changed the linen when I requested for it. That's all I like about it.

I'm sorry to say but, I saw Yellow stains everywhere especially at the CR...the toilet bowl and other corners of the CR. I wish you will take this as a serious problem. We so not have maids work for us, but I can say that....our CR is better than yours.

Housekeeping cleans room from 2-5pm

The location since it is beside by the mall and near the terminal.

They don't have cabinet to store clothes, also no table for work station,although they have the foldable table but it is damage.

The location was excellent next to the Robinsons Mall. The staff was very frienly and accomodating to our needs. There was a restaurant attached that was convenient and inexpensive.

The room was smaller then expected and from the photos indicated on the website. There was no drawers or cabinets to put our clothes or suitcases.

It’s next to the mall the room was clean no problem there but no WiFi and no TV and did not to make it up . ??????

The TV didn’t work and the Wi-Fi was on and off for 4 days on my stay there it make things hard for me at work. I tell Go Hotel about the problem and did not but a sorry no free breakfast or cut the money down for the stay something to make it up . ????

It was clean, comfortable and everything worked (we didn't try the TV). The room had a nice view. The staff at reception were helpful and friendly.

There was a kettle, but no coffee, teabags or sugar.

Close to Robinsons and it’s very convenient. Free parking.

Definitely needs some update. Our bathroom doesn’t have shower door so water soaks up all the way by the door. Water isn’t hot. Shower room not draining well. Bathroom sink not draining and was fixed by taking the draining plug so it’s completely open. The shower handle keeps on falling off when using shower handle. “Used the shower handle due to when using main shower, water isn’t hot. At least with shower handle, water is a bit warmer. But then again, water pressure from it was very low. Towels are a bit old and very thin.

I liked that the location was conveniently close to the mall, and I also appreciated the availability of hot water. However, I felt uncomfortable when some of the staff were laughing and smirking while looking in our direction. Even if the conversation wasn't about us, it came across as unprofessional and a bit disrespectful, especially in front of guests.

The room phone wasn’t working, and although the air conditioner was on, it didn’t cool the room properly. The temperature remained warm, making it difficult to rest, and we didn’t end up using the comforter because of the heat. We requested assistance, but only the guard came and adjusted the settings with the remote. Unfortunately, this didn’t fix the issue. Since we were already tired, we just decided to leave it as is. Additionally, basic toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste weren’t provided in the room—we had to request them at the front desk, which I found a bit unusual.

The exhaust in the bathroom was not working but the staff kindly transferred it to another?

Comfortable bed, air conditioning worked well, shower was warm, room size was good. Staff was friendly & attentive. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

I wish it was closer to tourist spots, but they’re just a short ride away. Other than that it was great & I’d definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good, location by the mall, Michelle and the security staff were exceptionally helpful.

No cokes in the restaurant, and I was there several days , didn't even try to get any., no refrigerator, no ice.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, air conditioning was effective. Staff was very efficient, professional, and responsive. I would definitely recommend it if you need a place to stay in Dumaguete.

I wish there were more shelves in the room to put my things on.

The room space is just right. The location is a bit far from the city center but there is a Robinsons Mall nearby. If you have a tour and you just need a place to stay. This is recommended. But if you want to explore the center and the boulevard, this is a bit far. And don’t pay PHP 300-400 pesos tricycle fare going here from airport. Best is PHP 50-60/ person accdg to the locals. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

There is major construction work going on behind the hotel. We asked for a quiet room and could still hear some noise but tolerable. They seem to work 24hrs or close to it. Extension of the mall. We had a week there and the room itself was very comfortable. Good bed and pillows, good wifi and hot water. However, nowhere to hang or place clothes. Free drinking water provided. Kettle in room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great being close to Robinsons Macky D's on the corner too. Can walk into town. Need transport if going further outside the town. There is a Tuk Tuk and bus depot right round the corner.

The hotel is so close to everything! Malls, restaurants, parks, you name it!

There was no cabinets inside the room.
