Really great location, just steps from Robinson's Mall and great restaurants & stores. Tasty & plentiful breakfast, and good wi-fi.

The cleaning staff and junior reception staff are very nice, welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating.. A very pleasant stay!!!!

Their brewed coffee is terrible. I believe that the same coffee grounds are being reused by just adding hot water.. A 12 cup coffee maker would be sufficient!!!! These simple meals are expensive.. It is less expensive to eat at the Mall..

Friendly staff, location, cleanliness.

3 things they failed on: wifi was very spotty, loud customers banging their doors and screaming child every night while we were there and management wasn't able to stop it, and AC unit sounded like an airplane engine going off every 10 minutes!

The rooms they gave to my brothers with their families were really spacious and has enough space to move around. The staff were pleasant.

The hotel was difficult to find. I reserved 4 rooms which was good for 3 people but the room they gave me and my husband was tiny and cramped with no windows. Because of the tiled floor, we can hear the noise in the hallway and our neighbor throwing up.

No not a 3 star hotel, very overpriced and very noisy, i will not return there.

The housekeeping staff is exceptional they do a great job..These young women do excellent work and are friendly and cheerful.

Breakfast was toooooo expensive, better deals at the Mall.. The coffee is TERRIBLE!!!! THEY POUR HOT WATER over used coffee grounds..Had to pay for a refrigerator 500 pesos, 50 pesos per night for an extra pillow.The day shift manager doesn't like that we used Priceline and got a very cheap rate.

The place is very accessible and is right beside the Robinson's mall

Wifi was hard to set up. Number of logins into the network is limited and cannot be reset.

the location was really convenient - near the city's bigger mall and there was a 7/11 next to it; value for money; good water pressure in the shower; staff were quite helpful and polite; the security guards were helpful and helped us get a pedicab; airconditioning was working well

the walls were too thin i guess so you could here the people talking in the next room (in normal volume); we reported the lights flickering one night and they said a hotel staff was coming up but no one came up; breakfast was okay, overpriced but quick service; there was one time the room was cleaned but one of the bed still had some strand of hair on it;

It's a modern hotel with good beds and a nice cr.

The hotel has a policy to take a downpayment even after you paid the room!!!They want 1000 pesos deposit and I could not see this info when I reserved the room.Wifi was very bad.No hot water in the shower.

The room is very clean and it makes me feel very comfortable. The toilet is very clean. I love their lenins with very cottony soft blankets. I love the pillows, too. The staff are very accommodating and professional. The location is very near to Robinsons mall. I will keep coming back to Manhattan once I go back to the Philippines.

If we want another water ..we need to go out to the room to use the water dispenser. Not like the other unlimited bottled water. But its fine. I never expected it.

Room's aesthetics could improve (door and desks paint is scratched or chipped). Just an eye sore. It would be helpful to provide instructions on how to use water heater.?

The location is excellent! Very close to Robinsons Place.

Lack of little amenities. Toothbrush and toothpaste, hangers in the closet, glass for brushing teeth, hairdryer, slippers, 2 key cards for the guests and there are issues with the internet connectivity for Apple users.
