Pros +
- Location
- Great location, very accommodating staff
- Location is good.
Cons -
- Poor sound insulation, otherwise everything was fine. Heard all the parties on the top floor and the music across the street. Not fun when you’re trying to take a nap after a tiresome day
- Hot water for shower was not reliable. Told staff, they fixed it but still could not have consistent hot shower. They don't provide iron but offer ironing services. Real St vehicle noises heard from room.
- Slamming doors night and day. Inconsiderate guests. 6am is too early They used to provide an on request simple western cooked breakfast, no more. Its Filipino food for breakfast or nothing, had to go out for food so breakfast included is worthless.

the breakfast buffet does not do enough fods for amrican guests.
The location for us is perfect and we know where everything is. The restaurant is very good and very well priced. The staff is nice and try to do well. The wifi has gotten better. The laundry service is cheap and good.
It is definitely getting older and should be updated. Everything is in reference to other places in Dumaguete. Not a very nice hotel compared to western ideas. The air conditioning is hit or miss.
The room was very clean. the hotel staff was very helpful we needed to extend our stay and they made sure we didnt have any issuse .

The accessibility was perfect cause Its within the city. The staff were very helpful and accomodating.
Great value for a well kept older character hotel that has a great location in the centre of Dumaguete city. The hotel was exceptionally clean and has a great restaurant for you to enjoy while staying. Enjoy dining in the restaurant or enjoy excellent room service to enjoy your dinner in your room. Enjoy outdoor views of the city from open terraces located on all the floors.
The bed is comfortable, the restaurant good price .delicious breakfast.
Location, great rating, clean, WiFi, breakfast
The cleanliness
the breakfast buffet not a lot of food choices, and the wifi in the room is very slow.
Lets just start with the fact that there are not a lot of quality hotels to choose from. The location is good, staff are very kind, the rooms are OK if you are not fussy. In summary it does the job.
Rooms need some work, shower pressure is low (not sure its not a philippine thing). Breakfast supposed to be open until 9 but came once after 8 and had nothing to eat.
