Hotel Nicanor

Location, close to Lee Super Plaza, 5 mins to BO's Coffee and not too far (10 mins from Starbucks). Room size was good.

Rooms were outdated. They are refurbishing the 4th & 5th floors and working their way down which might address this issue. No bidets in the bathroom Inadequate number and location of power outlets. Difficult to sleep - so noise due to other guests.

All good

all good

Room were too small, shower drain to slow, we can smell smoke through in our room and noisy hallway.

Location is okay, closer to Boulevard and there are nearby restaurants around. the staff seem friendly

the front entrance to the hotel were blocks with cars, tricycles and some by standers. the hallway of the hotel was hot.

The room was great value for money, especially for being in transit to other places.

The bathroom was very small and not the cleanest. Also, pictures might be a bit misleading in this regard, needs an update.

Location close to boulevard

Room had NO WINDOW, this was not advertisedNewly refurbished, assume last year or so, but already poorly maintained. Shower had so much lime in it that did not run properly. Just a sheet in the bedroom. No comforter.

Location in the center, security man always at the door, staff is nicely,

Not service for cleaning room in our, we don't know why, because we could see there was woman doing that job.Furniture in the room is very old.We needed to ask for tissue paper, because there wasn't in the toilet room.

I like the location near to the port, restaurants and stores.

The room that they gave us is not what I expected for a deluxe room. The shower room doesn't have a door, bath tub not working and basically the room they gave us is an old room. The bed linens/ blankets and towels are old.

Perfect location to do some errands and friendly staff’s and Excellent room very clean ? Satisfied ?

Friendly staff , decent sized room , great location ..in the center.

Air-conditioning a bit noisy and no real window.

Staff were really lovely. The beds were quite comfortable with good pillows. Close to port. An easy 15 minute walk. It was close to Chinese new year so we were blessed with a lion dance by locals which was loud and spectacular.

There was no window to open. The air con didn’t really work so the room was very stuffy and hot. Had to ask for toilet paper.

Location was very central, near to the port and airport

The aircon was too noisy , i hardly sleep at night.

Location, room size and cleanliness

More hot water available through the water machine

Very nice hotel in Dumaguette, central location near boulevard and main sights. Spacious quiet room that was very clean, good TV, Wi-Fi, Free water, 24 hr security.

Would been nice to be able to pay by debit card. Cable TV glitched sometimes.

Not much to even say about liking this place

The place has too many rules. The room smells, especially from the bathroom. The air conditioning didn’t work well. No fridge in the room.

Central location to restaurants, shopping, boulevard & ferry port. Big room and comfortable oversized bed. Free water bottle in room, plus water dispenser on floor (common area). We've stayed at this hotel a handful of times and new improvements are evident - new paint, brighter lights in hallways, updated elevator, spruce-up reception area. Staff were friendly & pleasant.

Our room was at the back of the hotel and wifi was spotty. Note description of rooms prior to booking, as some room options are window-less.

Value for money & great location! There's a water dispenser on our floor so that's great too. ??

Our room didn't have a window. You get what you pay for but I guess we could have asked to change rooms as well. ??‍♀️

Very good location short way to everything. Clean room and plenty places around to eat dinner and breakfast

Nothing special

only the location

lack of flexibility of the staff. I arrived there on my birthday. I told the receptionist , ma'am it is my birthday, would you please give me a room that has a good view. She antworted, sir your room has no window, that is it. No happy birthday, no oh sir we are sorry but the standard room doesn't have window, or let me see if I can find you something better. Nothing, at the end I paid extra 60% cash to just get a room with window to the street. I leave it with you to sense it.

Location is perfect and the bed was very good

Internet did not work and there where no window
