Dumaguete Seafront Hotel

Location

No breakfast,water dripping all night long,weak internet.

Location and water dispensers to fill my own water bottles.

My room was small with no windows and no seating other then the bed. But not a major issue.

Stairs all rooms upper floor. Bed uncomfortable.no hot water

Poor if any Wi Fi. Even TV would not stay online. Warm, not Hot water. No safe. Cheap suite entry door. My opinion, a security risk. P4000 or so.. you decide.

great location across from the boardwalk. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The pictures in the portfolio are when the building was newNow in 2025 the conditions are very different The building is very old And the water pressure is weak

It was sirectly acrossed from the water. The your girl who works the front desk is an absolute sweet heart.

Needs updating, pics were nicer thab the room.

Staff are friendly .

Showers and toilet are not cleaned. Towels are old and no wash cloth.

Close to the Port for Siquijor.Staff where helpful

Water from the shower was leaking.Guard not helpful just busy with his phone.

Water quit working

1. The staff are not accomodating2. We cant sleep because of the footsteps (note that its wood flooring)3. No chair provided4. The toilet bowl is unclean5. Lack amenity (extra tissue roll, slippers and etc)

Very impressive for a budget hotel, would definitely recommend for short stays in Dumaguete especially for groups looking for a hotel near the airport/port.

The hotel is in front of the water/boulevard and the staff are nice. The size of the room is in decent size.

There was a mouse that got in to the room. It's loud and I couldn't sleep well because the light from the outside gets in to the room. It has a glass on the top of the door and the light gets in from the porch and the road was too loud because it wasn't sealed enough. The bathroom wasn't clean enough and old as well.

The best location! Can walk to all the hotspots; restaurants, bars, disco, Rizal Blvd fun, ferry port, etc. Excellent helpful beautiful staff. Great very hot water was nice. No water pressure issues. Great mattress too. Balcony on Rizal Blvd was way cool to enjoy the sights & sounds.

Dissatisfied- 1st room the shower water pooled, toilet lid broken, sink clogged . The room was dirty, bathroom was worst - 2nd day, I notified staff of issues - moved to a another room, bit cleaner, water drained BUT bathroom was over all dirty. Then that night came back to the room with no running water for at least 2hrs that we couldn't brush our teeth, flush toilet, or take shower . Sometime after midnight, we were woken up to be notified that water was back . Sad to say, but I will never stay at this hotel again. The pictures on the website, I felt was false advertising because they didn't deliver at all. I didn't expect it to be 4 or 5 * for the price but I do expect cleanliness. Just a suggestion for improvement
